Departure from Marco Polo, Diamond Jubilee or Long Wharf cruise ship terminals. Passengers must meet us within 1 Hour of the arrival of the Cruise ship to the Port. we are waiting at the Main Exit of the designated terminals to pick you up. Customers will be charged for the full tour if no-show.

Our Saint John tour with Steve exceeded our expectations! Steve is a "larger than life" kind of guy and very knowledgeable and exceptionally entertaining. We learned a great deal about Saint John and the Bay of Fundy, and we ventured farther into the lovely surrounding countryside than anticipated. Our exploration was totally enjoyable and educational, and our lunch (cost not included) near The Caves at St. Martin's was a tasty and picturesque pause in the journey.

Our guide Bill was friendly, humorous, and very informative. We never had a dull moment. Our stops were interesting and fun. Lunch stop had the best Clam Chowder.

Great tour. Steve stopped along the way and showed us a covered bridge and talked about some of the cool little things along the way. He showed us the river that runs backwards. It was an awesome day! We had some great chowder also.

This was a tour full of information and fun facts! It was like everything we wanted to see was added and then some. There was a keen eye kept on time, so that we would make it back to our ship on time. That was much appreciated! I love a little history of the area too, and that was evident and added everywhere we went!

Great trip great experience tour operators go the extra mile to make sure you have a full experience. Our cruise ship changed days and times it was going to Port. Abdul took care of everything. made sure we made it to all the spots at the right timing for the tide changes so we could enter the sea caves and have all the other experiences along the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better tour operator to work with. Made a personalized effort to engage with everyone on the tour to make their experience memorable.

Abdul was a wonderful guide. We were able to see the reversing rapids and the guide made sure we got to them early in the morning and then again later in the afternoon, plus the lighthouse. It was a very enjoyable tour.

Eddy was very informative about everything. Safety was of an importance to him with the weather we were having. We were hoping to see the leaves change but with the storm and time or year, it didn't happen.

Steady Eddie was our guide. He knew so much about the area and took us on some side trips! He had boots for us to cross the small "creek" to get to the caves a the Bay of Fundy. He stopped for us to get ice cream and shop after our lunch at the Bay. We saw the tide come AND it go out. I highly reccomend this tour.

Our guide, Navi, was great in getting around town and along the Bay of Fundy coast. The larger bus was full so Navi drove six of us in a van for what was perhaps a more personalized tour.

This is a great tour for people who want to see as much of the highlights of St. John and the Bay of Fundy as possible. We saw the Reversing Falls twice, once in the morning and then again at sunset. The tour was perfectly timed throughout the day. We walked on the ocean floor at St. Martins, saw lighthouses and covered bridges. We even went to the City Market. Our guide, Abdul, was amazing. So knowledgeable and patient. He even rescued my wind blown hat from a very precarious spot. I highly recommend this tour if you have only one day to see as much as you can.

The weather was awful with lots of rain and almost no visibility. I had asked the night before if I could get a cancellation refund due to a fear of falling with the heavy rain expected but I was told no in a very perfunctory way. That morning there was a break in the weather so I decided to go however the rain started again soon after the tour started. Although the guide was very nice he kept the tour going even though there was no visibility through the bus windows due to “fogging up” and if you ventured out of the bus you were certain to be soaked by rain even with an umbrella. This tour should have been ended and money returned.

At first, you enjoyed three hours of exploring all the main sights without any rain. The change in weather was beyond our control- it was an act of nature. Tours proceed regardless of rain, so it's important that you bring suitable gear like a rain jacket, waterproof shoes, or an umbrella. When the rain began, you had the option to stay on the bus if you preferred not to go out. We can't cancel a tour for everyone because of one person's preference.

Long day, tour director talked non stop about things nobody cared about & not enough about the area . Could have just reversing falls & the bay caves & included more city tour.

Your tour reservation clearly indicated a duration of over 5 hours. It's the tour guide's responsibility to provide explanations throughout the experience. If you prefer a tour customized to your interests, you are welcome to book a private tour next time.

There was some confusion about which bus to get on. No signs held by the driver. Other than that, a good day. Tour guide had minimal info about Saint John, but was polite and helpful. The restaurant at the Bay of Fundy, Cave View, was fantastic.

A Very full day we started at 11.30am and finished at 6.45pm The guide "Steady Eddie" was full of energy and information he obviously enjoyed his job and was genuinely excited about the sites and experiences he was showing us the main sites were the reversing falls which you visit at high tide and then 6 hrs later at low tide to see the amazing contrast we also took in the sights on the drive to the St Martins Sea caves where Eddie went the extra mile providing us with wading boots to get to actually see further caves that could only be viewed by wading through some water.Overall a very interesting tour and excellent value for money

Our day exploring St. John’s and the Bay of Fundy was absolutely incredible! Our guide, Abau, made the whole experience unforgettable — knowledgeable, funny, and full of local charm. He knew all the best stops, from the most delicious octopus ice cream to the creamiest seafood chowder that might just be the best we’ve ever had!
One of the highlights was a spontaneous stop to enjoy a cold Moosehead beer right on the bus — such a fun local touch. The scenery was breathtaking, with stunning coastal views and beautiful fall foliage everywhere we went.
If you’re visiting the Bay of Fundy, this tour is a must. Between the great food, the sights, and Abau’s incredible energy, it was truly a day to remember

Was very disappointed in this tour. After reading the reviews I was looking forward to this tour. If we had Ken as a tour guide it could have been good, but sadly we did not! Our guide was a fill in and was negative and unprofessional from the start. She was very negative and argumentative with the owner and our driver. She really didn't have any factual information. What she did have she read off her phone. Our driver walked down to some of the sites with us to give us information the best he could, which was appreciated. Our guide was more concerned about her smoke breaks at each location than accompanying the group. The scenery was gorgeous and I enjoyed looking at it, but I felt like I paid for a trained guide but didn't get one. I would also like to recommend to the company that they need signage and someone at the meeting spot. If it wasn't for their competitors asking us if we needed help, we would never have found them and would have missed our tour.

Highly recommend this excursion. Pick up was easy, right outside the cruise ship port. The bus was comfortable and our tour guide Abdul was great! He showed us the Reversing Rapid Falls in the morning and then again in the afternoon so we could see the change in the rapids. Abdul was very knowledgeable on the history of St. John's.

Eddie was an awesome tour guide! He was so informative and knew so much about the area and the tides. Our cruise ship destination was diverted from Bermuda to Saint John and we had low expectations for Saint John port. We were pleasantly surprised at how interesting the Sea Caves and Bay of Fundy turned out to be. Being able to walk across the shore at low tide to the caves was quite an experience.

Great bus tour of the Bay of Fundy to see the world’s highest tide in action. Unfortunately it started an hour late due to the tour company waiting to sell more tickets to fill the bus before leaving, as we’d booked online in advance this last minute sales push was frustrating and shortened our time.
