Seeing the Reversing Falls Rapids was an awesome sight. We had a wonderful and humorous tour guide who made the trip worth the cost.

Penny was great but we didn’t have as much time as we thought we’d have at places. Leaving very little time for exploring or visiting gift shops. Also we had bus issues that stopped us as well. The AC wouldn’t allow the bus to run for a large part of the trip so we had to ride in a very stuffy van. Then the van door wouldn’t open at our last stop.

Overall our guide was excellent. An interesting phenomena as we witness the river flowing first in one direction and then the other direction. Our lunch at the caves was good but pricey.

Long drives, not enough bathroom facilities… spent half of our time in line and not seeing the sites.

We were disappointed in the timeliness of the tour. Tour guide was not firm with those who would arrive late on the bus. We lost approximately one half hour because people were late. We could have seen more at the end of the tour. The tour guide needs to be more organized.

The knowledge of our guide who grew up in Saint John’s was extensive. He was quite intelligent. The bus was easily to find and a short distance from the ship.

Our tour guide was terrific, informative, fun. Unfortunately the timing for our group didn’t permit us to witness the contrasting tides, but we had a good explanation. Be sure to ask your guide about the “Green Lines”, fire hydrants, IIII vs IV on clocks and why Tim Hortons doesn’t have an apostrophe! The answers will enrich your life…though not so much about New Brunswick 🤔

Let me begin with we got to our tour Kate sue to poor signage o ce we left the ship we have hard time finding tour group other passengers are fine we were not. Claudette was lovely and had the van come back for us we missed the bay of fundy reverse falls but it’s in walking distance from ship. We then took a king ride to the seaside village of st martin best seafood chowder ever. But for the 180 dollars we paid for the tour not worth it we then went to the market for 15 min tour. Is very expensive and not worth it as we didn’t get an actual tour of New Brunswick . Skip this one. Do another tour

Reverse rapids was the highlight of the trip. The tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Everything else was disappointing. The caves that were promised were closed. We had one hour for lunch and waited 40 minutes for the food and then over 10 minutes for delivery.

Although it was a gray and gloomy day, our guide, Abdul was wonderful. He explained where we were going and what was happening with the reverse falls and how different it would be when we return. He was friendly and helpful beyond any other tours we have take. Thank you!

Abdul our driver was awesome. He took us to see the reversing falls in the morning and again in the late afternoon to see the difference. The fall colors were amazing. We drove out to see the caves with the tide out. We had a great lunch at the restaurant there. The lobster bisque was awesome!

I'm really disappointed. The tour started out strong with lots to share as we approached the reversing falls. But we got a lecture on Canadian taxes and healthcare to end up visiting a restaurant for 1 hour and 20 minutes! and then 20 more minutes to shop. Felt like the tour was just to help the local economy. Never got to see a lighthouse as described or go remotely close to the bridge that goes to the little island. We also missed some of the beauty shown by fellow travelers on your site. Last, we drove past the market (versus the hour advertised) and told we could walk there on our own from the cruise ship. It was a little too far so we missed it! Absolutely not worth the money.

Note that some of the highlights of this trip are tide dependent. Reversing tides effect best when viewed at beginning of tour as tide is rising and at end at high tide. Caves at Saint Martins also best at high tide. MY tour was at low and slack tide so both highlights were not at their best. Thus check tide charts before booking.
No complaints with company that ran tour - on time and good narration.
Overall, the trip to Saint Martins consumed half the time for so so caves and lunch. Suggest a tour instead that just has sights in Saint John and time on your own in town.

Glad I took this tour. There were 30 people only. So much better than the big bus from the cruise ship. Jim and Dwayne were great. Jim with the histrory and tidbits of interesting facts. And Dwayne with his careful driving and making sure that people were safe getting in and out of the bus. We hit all the places of interest and am satisfied with the tour.

This was THE BEST excursion we had in five days!!! Our tour guide (Abdul) was the owner of our "tour" and was phenomenal!! We experienced seeing the "falls" at low and high tide. Great ride to St Martin to enjoy the sea caves and THE BEST chowder ever! Stops for ice cream, gifts, etc. and for some to try Moosehead beer! His explanations were spot on! Would pay to do this again!!!

We enjoyed our tour guide Theresa. She took us all around St. John, stopping at the Bay of Fundy tidal area twice so we could see the tide going in and out. She also took us to several places that the big buses cannot go and then ended at St. Martin’s where we had a fabulous lunch. It was a great tour!

It was okay. Nothing spectacular! Booked from cruise ship. Not much else to see or do in that area. The bus ride to the beach area was nice. We were able to have a picnic on the water. Could not get to the caves due to the tide.

10-29 tour was supposed to be in a bus, but they asked for volunteers to take a van instead. Best decision we made. We toured the coast to the shore and spent as much time as we wanted at each stop, Tour guide was very knowledgeable and we all had a great time!

waited over an hour past the posted departure time for late comers. we signed up for this early tour to be able to walk on the low tide sea floor and felt miss led from the brochure and didn't go to the sea caves that we thought we were going to. plus the late departure made us miss the lower tides as they were rising as we waited way past the departure time.
thought that we were paying this higher price the longer tour, not to sit and wait on a bus for over an hour.
