We were a very small group of 5 people. We had a general itinerary that was flexible according to where the group wanted to spend time. One of the primary highlights we made sure to see were two visits a few hours between of Reversing Falls to see the change in the water due to the tide. Also, we visit the caves at St. Martin's. They have a seafood shack there were I had the freshest haddock fish and chips.

Definitely not a worry free shore excursion..pickup at cruise port scheduled for 1 but tour left at 12:30 PM ..Driver returned after my call and wanted my wife and I to sit in the 3rd row seats of an SUV..no way for 4-5 hour tour since I am 6’2’…driver requested a previous bus tour wait 15 minutes until he could drop us off..30 plus bus passengers not happy with delay…bus tour guide was a nice older woman but added little in terms of comment ..bus driver stopped to see a lighthouse and covered bridge and forgot to tell the passengers he was parking the bus a quarter of a mile down the road.. we finally found the bus after searching.. since the tour was running late the tour guide and bus driver we’re going to skip the final stop at the reversing Falls but passengers rebelled so they decided to only stop for 10 minutes at the destination, which was the highlight of the tour

1.Tour Departure Time – Our tours are scheduled around cruise ship arrivals and departures. On the day of your booking, we texted you confirming your tour time as 12:00 PM Saint John time. You arrived later than the scheduled time, but even then, we arranged a private tour for you in a comfortable van. At your request, we drove back to meet the bus, and when you joined, you confirmed that you were happy with this arrangement.
2. Seating Arrangements – We never intend for any guest to be uncomfortable. We offered you different options, including continuing in the van or moving to the bus, and reassured you that your comfort was our priority. We also made it clear that if none of these options were suitable, we could provide a full refund.
3. Itinerary Stops – Our tours always include highlights such as lighthouses, covered bridges, and the famous Reversing Falls. On busy cruise days, attractions can become crowded, and time at some stops may need to be adjusted to ensure all guests return to their ship on time.
4. Guides and Drivers – Our guides are highly experienced, with many having over 18 years of knowledge of Saint John and the Bay of Fundy. We are sorry if you felt the commentary was limited, and we will review this feedback with our team to ensure improvements.
5. Guest Care – Even when guests miss their scheduled departure, we always make every effort to ensure they do not miss the experience entirely. This includes arranging private vehicles when possible so that no one is left behind.
We sincerely regret that you were not fully satisfied, despite our efforts to accommodate your situation. Please know that guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction remain our top priorities.

Our driver Henry was really great! He was knowledgeable about the area and very accommodating. I would recommend this tour to anyone, in fact I did already!

This was a very expensive taxi ride essentially. We were expecting to learn about this beautiful land but a family member and Google gave us more information than Abdul, our guide. Definitely not worth it. Walk around town, eat some lobster, and thank us for steering you in another direction! Disappointed.

Our Bay of Fundy Guided Tour is not a taxi ride—it includes 6–7 sightseeing stops such as the Reversing Falls, Fort Howe, Carleton Martello Tower,City Market, King’s Square, and the beautiful Sea Caves in St. Martins.
Depending on the size of the group, we operate with clean, air-conditioned buses or comfortable passenger vans, all led by a licensed local guide providing live commentary throughout the day.
We understand that experiences are personal and some guests may prefer more or less narration. However, many of our travelers enjoy the balance of history, culture, and free time at each stop.
