- It is the customer’s responsibility to know basic English in order to understand the instructions. If the customer does not understand any of the instructions, Wild Nordic shall reserve the right to refuse the customer ́s participation based on safety concerns and necessity to communicate in English during any emergency situation.
- All the pick-up times are subject to a 15-minute difference depending on the other participants joining the tours. Customers shall wait for their pick-up in the hotel reception area (or such other area as notified by Wild Nordic)
- No refund of the tours will be made if the customer misses the pick up services as a result of failing to wait at the designated pick-up area. Wild Nordic has the right to charge reasonable expenses arising from such neglect to follow the timetable of the program.
- The driver of a snowmobile has to be at least 18 years old and hold a valid B (car) driver’s license.
- The driving license must be valid in EU countries. Customers shall bring their valid driving licenses for participating in snowmobile driving. Driving licence must be physically present and written in Roman letters. No electronic versions allowed.
- The snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the snowmobile. This self-risk amount is a flat-rate of EUR 900 per driver/snowmobile /accident case, without exception or regards to the extent of the damage. If the customer purchases insurance from Wild Nordic for EUR20 (subject to change as advised by Wild Nordic), then the maximum liability of the customer shall be reduced to EUR200 per person.
- Snowmobile and husky safaris are not suitable for pregnant women due to vibrations as a result of uneven tracks and the presence of exhaust fumes of the snowmobiles.
- Customers are highly encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance (which covers insurance for the activities to be participated);
- If a customer suffers from illness or disabilities (such as heart disease, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, back or hip problems) that could affect his/her ability to take part in the activities or that she is pregnant, he/she shall prior to participating in the activities consult medical experts as to his/her suitability to participate in the activities. The customer shall acknowledge that he/she participate in the activities to be offered in the Services at his/her own risk in the case that he/she suffers from such illness or disability or pregnancy.
- If a customer is recovering from any illness or the effects of alcohol and/or drug consumption or have recently had any major illnesses or surgery, Wild Nordic shall reserve the right to refuse the customer ́s participation based on safety concerns.
- Wild Nordic shall not be responsible for any valuables of the customers left in the public area while participating in the activities.
- Snowmobiles have 2 seats and all adults will be sharing snowmobiles unless booked as single drivers
- Children will be sitting on a sleigh pulled by the guide's snowmobile

Its not worth doing at night and too expensive for the time frame. The only highlight was our tour guide Andrian was absolutely amazing

It's unfortunate to hear that your expectations weren't met during your tour with us. Daylight is in short supply in Rovaniemi during the entire month of December and there's nothing that we can do about this, except perhaps recommend that you return during the spring (between February and March) during which the amount of daylight is much greater, if this is important to you. We're sad to hear that you felt that the experience was too expensive for the duration of the tour, as we feel that the program is appropriate and reasonable and delivers an excellent price/quality ratio. We also acknowledge that whether or not something is expensive is often a subjective reasoning process, so we respect your opinion and value your feedback. Great experience for me and my family. Time and distance for the ride was just the right amount for a beginner like me. Guides were helpful and winter equipment was provided.
Can probably do without the insurance for beginners as you will rarely be driving that fast...

Driving a snowmobile is always underestimated: they are very expensive machines and can be very dangerous... but the experience is incredibly exciting!
That is why driving carefully and listening to the guide is very important.
You should come back again next time! Longer safaris give you more time to get used to the driving and you will feel more confident later!

Excellent fun and well managed. Our only complaint is that were never told that your payment only covers sharing a machine.
We were just about to start and then they said we should have paid a supplement to have a machine each.....allegedly it says so on their website. But we booked through Viator not their website and nobody told us there until it was too late.

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica, es muy recomendable si no has llevado nunca una moto. En Artic Circle nos dieron ropa térmica y no pasamos nada de frío y eso que ya era de noche y vas por el bosque. Además son muy amables y nos explicaron todo fenomenal. Si alguna vez volvemos seguro que repetiríamos con ellos.
