- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Minimum height, approximately 140 cm.
- Altitude - youths aged 13-15 years can participate without adult supervision, but a guardian must complete the disclaimer on their behalf.
- Altitude - Children aged 8-12 years must be actively supervised by a responsible person 16 years and older.
- Altitude - long hair and loose items must be secured.
- Altitude - closed toe footwear only.
- No smoking, eating or drinking.
- If a participant shows signs of intoxication, they will not be allowed on the tour.
- All participants must be able to understand and follow instructions.
- All participants to wear appropriate clothing for weather i.e. rain jacket for wet days, warm jacket for cold days.
- Altitude - participants must be between 30 kg and 120 kg.
- Must be in good health, without high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, dizziness or other conditions that may be aggravated by the adventure.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers

I was really nervous as I've never done anything like this but the team at Altitude were fantastic.

Tanaia and Chloe were great guides showing us the amazing redwoods in Rotorua!! They were beautiful and the tour was super safe and a lot of fun! Much better up high than down low…

We are an older couple and were very nervous. Upon meeting Danny and Tori we were immediately put at ease. These guides were excellent, professional, and patient. We had a great time and throughly enjoyed each and every activity including the last controlled fall to end the activity. Our fear of heights and bridges soon lessened as our confidence grew. I would highly recommend this activity. Danny and Tori are top notch and we felt safe the entire time. A+++++++
