No one was there. Had to wait & wait. Driver said was not given proper times…he arrived at 3 & left at 4 My flight was on time st 3;40…didn’t get out of immigration till 4:15…no one there with sign EVER even after I called and ask for help. Finally arrived about 5:15… High traffic time…didn’t get to hotel till 6:16. Very nice driver BUT this is the second time Viator has failed me! NOT happy.

Our flight was delayed but the reservation had our flight info. Driver never showed up. Tried calling the contact number as well as using WhatsApp and no answer. Finally had to take a taxi. First bad Viator experience.

Cristian Umaquinga and his driver Elias from Ecuador Local Guides deserves gold stars and accolades. Thanks American Airlines and some weather, our 930PM arrival to Quito was delayed. Not only delayed but we diverted to Manta Ecuador to sit on the tarmac for over 2 hours and then back to Quito arriving finally at 142AM I was in touch with Cristian the entire LONG evening and delighted to report that Elias was there at arrivals with our name sign and a smile once we finally cleared customs and had our bags! After all this - it was such a relief to have our car service waiting for us! Definitely recommend this company!
