On your transfer from the airport, our driver will greet you with an easy identification sign with your name on it, guide you to the private vehicle for your transportation and accompany and assist you to your hotel. The drive time between the Mariscal Sucre Airport and the downtown area of Quito is approximately 50 minutes, in which our guide will drive you safely to your destination.

- At the time of booking, passengers must provide the airline and the flight number and phone number abroad. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 handbag.
- Excessive luggage (p. Eg., Surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restricciones. Ask the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Upon arriving on an overnight flight, be sure to book for the dates you land.

- The maximum waiting time from flight arrival is 90 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights.

I booked airport transportation with BM Tours SA from the airport to my hotel in Quito. The process was painless. My driver, Martín, was already there waiting even though my flight landed early. He had a clearly marked sign and it was as simple as possible. The trip to the hotel was smooth and full of great conversation and laughs. I booked my return trip back to the hotel and was lucky to have Martín again as my driver. Now I feel like we’re old friends. These folks are great. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

The good: the driver was nice and we got to our hotel.
The caution: He seemed to be a uber/lyft driver with no official documentation.
The story: We ordered transportation through Viator so we could minimize safety concerns in Ecuador. The driver arrived and we had to walk across the airport parking lot and got into his personal vehicle that was parked in standard airport parking. I became concerned if this was a ligit driver but dumb enough to take a shot we were going to be fine.
Bottom line: The driver was good and we arrived safely but I expected more from Viator. If all they did was outsource this to an Uber driver I could have done that on my own.

Our flight was delayed 4 hours, we stepped out of the airport at 2:45 AM and our driver was happily waiting for us!

Our driver was great. The horrible part was the disorganization of the company. I spent 45 minutes in a chat to ensure we had a large vehicle for 3 large suitcases and 2 passengers, a tiny car arrived.

The service was provided according to the booking we received, a larger vehicle would have meant an additional cost, and since it was a last minute booking it was not possible to arrange this - that without considering that the Golf Club is not in the hotel area (far away from the city), and the transfer to that point also has an additional cost (amount that was not charged).

The driver did not show. Unfortunately our plane was delayed 2 hours and when we finally made it through customs and immigration there was nobody there to get us. The only visible driver was for Holiday Inn Express. We waited and gave up. We had a take a taxi to our hotel. Will not use this service again

Our driver reported you as a No Show. We actually had other passengers arriving on the same flight, and we are always tracking flights so we were aware yours was a little delayed.
The plane arrived at 00h18 and our driver waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes for you, but you never showed up. We have all the support needed from the driver.
Also, it's important that you call us right away when you can't find your driver, not the next day in the afternoon.
We are sorry you didn't get to use our service, but we waited for you.
