Quilotoa and Baños can’t be visited on the same day

This tour was not designed in timely manner. Quilotoa and Baños cannot be made in a day if someone is visiting canyon and village in detail. It was dark by the time we reached Baños. We couldn’t see the waterfall in daylight. Also I came to know that Baños waterfalls are not included in the price. There was a communication issue with the guide and tour company. After arriving Baños at 7 pm we were told to go to the hotel by ourselves. This tour needs clear communication on the website. Our guide Johanna was very helpful and patient. If someone wants to visit Banos during daylight, don’t take this tour.

Hello Sanchita You are really right about the lack of communication, however as you could see we did the whole program recognizing that it was our fault for having published a one day program from Quito - Quilotoa - Baños Quito, because the program was stipulated only Quito - Quilotoa - Baños, but as you saw we did the return to Quito without any additional cost. We assume the cost of return for our seriousness and responsibility with our clients, our commitment will always be to seek the satisfaction of our customers even though our driver and guide were 22 continuous hours of work. We hope and understand your confusion but it was all because of the inexperience of publication on these platforms.
