Good wildlife crappy tour guide

I enjoyed seeing the hummingbirds and the wildlife. In the booking it said they would pick you up from your hotel for an extra fee when I contacted them this was not the case. I booked the tour with the expectation they would pick me up from my hotel. I didn’t do the zipline activity and during the time the others were away zip lining my tour guide sat on his phone and basically ignored me. I felt this was very unprofessional and I don’t think the experience was worth what I paid for it.

El tour a Mindo es recomendable, el conductor que me llevo también fue buen guía. Lo que no es recomendable es hacerlo con la agencia que lo ofrece. Hasta el día antes del viaje (supuestamente confirmado) no me dijeron que no había suficientes personas para el tour, y porque yo consulte. Como era mi única oportunidad para ir y ya no daba tiempo a buscar otra opción, tuve que pagar por el tour en total 180 dolares, siendo el supuesto almuerzo o bebidas incluidas, un máximo de 5 dólares, lo que superará ese precio se lo tenía que pagar uno. Creo que con lo que se paga al menos podrían dar un almuerzo de 10 dolares, o incluir alguna entrada (mariposario, colibris...etc), ya que solo incluía el chófer y el almuerzo.
