Don't waste your time or money!!

Never did the experience due to the host canceling. They informed us through what's app that it was because of the wind. I asked if a refund would be provided. I was assured by the tour operator that it would be refunded and I screenshot the message and emailed it to Viator. It's been almost 2 months. No refund. They pretty much accept the reservation, cancel the activity and keep your money.

Despite booking and paying for a tour that offered pickup, they asked us to walk and gave us a non existent business location. No one was there. We had to ask another local tour guide who got us in touch with a policy officer who took us to where they were loading boats. Will be booking all further excursions with that tour guide.

Para Sailing From the Dreams resort

We scheduled the para sailing, they charged my credit card, and sent me an email saying no transportation available from our hotel in Cap Cana. I tried to get a taxi but they never gave me the address so I could not tell the driver where to go.

Worst Experience Ever

I would give this a zero but that wasnt available. The tour company never showed up at the hotel to pick us up. When we (me and viator) tried to reach out, they were unresponsive.

Nice, Fun Excursion

This was a very fun excursion. It did not last very long, but the experience was great. The driver came to pick us up with no problem. Then we rode on a speedboat that took us to the boat we were parasailing on. The workers were a little snappy when directing you on what and where to go. After the parasailing, we drove around on the water for a while then they took us back to the shore. You were not able to walk along the beach once you got done, however, our driver did let us grab some lunch at a nearby restaurant before taking us back to the room. Overall, it was a good experience

The actual parasailing was fun. The people running the excursion were not. No one tried to interact with the customers. It was go here. Go there and goodbye. Also a photographer was taking pictures. No communication about if we would get them or anything pertaining to the photos. Would not recommend this particular excursion.
