All customers staying in the Cap Cana area will have private roundtrip transportation for an additional cost. They can also be picked up at the United Petroleum fuel station at an agreed time. All customers staying in the Veron or Friusa area will be assigned a designated meeting point for pickup. If you are staying at an Airbnb or a non-all-inclusive hotel, please contact us to arrange a designated meeting point. The reservation time reflects the start time of the activity. Our safari trucks operate on different schedules for each hotel and resort in the area. We will send you a ticket with the exact pickup time for your transportation.

Watch out for pick up times , travel time

Well the actual experience was fun. The girl helped with our issue and was super nice and all the people who we our guides were great..the big BUT is when you book this and your being picked up and the travel time woth stopping at other resorts took almost 2 hours each way . First was a mistake ..we intended on doing the 11 am which i was told and double checked on pick up time of 10 am and try to 5 min early at gate as most resorts wont let then in. We got there even earlier and it was hot and sweaty 35 min later since we had to use wifi at resort to call i ranbup a couple time to see if i had messages and finally called ..oops ( she was at least noce and apologized) the driver had us listed at 1pm. Which of course interfered with plans but we rolled with it and after amd hour of dealing with this mess we had some lunch a drink and spent time in to pool to make the most of our time. Come 1 pm mo buss again called and they said on way. Still was like 135 waiting in hot sun to ride on open buss which was hot ..again we rolled with it ..the 4 stops ...all over the place and assuming a 1pm pickup which we were now firat on the buss meant 2 pm excursion...we were super late and seemed like every stop was 20 min as driver called people who were not ready ....very disorganized. As insaid the actual experience was good but then the trip home ..another almost 2 hours and they even split up the original groups to make more sense but still. Not a 4 to 5 hour excursion ..it was 8 or 9 got back at 8pm kissing our reservations for dinner ....and this time does not inckude the wasted hour or more in my already mentioned 10 am time that was messed up .. Ya it was a fun thing to do maybe better to get there on your own or tey a different company ..we were at serenade in punta cana fyi.

While we usually have access to hotel lobbies for pick-ups, Serenade Punta Cana has a policy that only allows us to meet guests at the main entrance. That’s something the resort decides, not us.
