I was told that it was a 50 -150 catamaran. The trip would include snorkeling and we'd go to a cave where we'd see a natural rainforest. it would include beverages and snacks. What we got was an 11 person catamaran. Snorkeling in 12 feet of water with a few fish (they came when the boat operator threw some food out to them). They tehn took us to 3 feet of water where other boats and larger catamaran were just partying, drinking, getting drunk and high. When I asked about the cave and rainforest. I was told that this wasn't the trip and that there was no time. The trip was advertised as a 4 hour trip. Pickup would be at 1:30. They didn't pick us up until 2:30 and still had to pick up other people from other hotels.

We are sincerely sorry our tour didn’t feed your expectation, with all the respect we think you`re confused with the tour as we do not go to any cave or rainforest, this is a water and snorkeling catamaran tour to sail in the cost, have fun and enjoy the Caribbean, that cave you mentioned must be on the buggys/ATVs tour NOT ours. We had such a great time on this tour! We enjoyed 30 minutes of snorkeling, then had snacks before heading to a swim beach. All of the guides were friendly and nice and the drinks were flowing. We had a wonderful time!

Great time. Staff was fun and helpful. There was time to relax on the catamaran and do some dancing. Snorkeling was great with many fish around us. The entire family had a wonderful day.

The staff were amazing! Trip was just the right amount of time, the only downside was the food on offer, I think a fresh simple buffer of sandwiches would be better!

Fantastic trip at fantastic value. The crew members were great with the adults and even better with the kids. The snorkelling spot was out of this world and so was the knee deep beach. Would definitely do it again when we come back

Great day getting out on the water. The crew were great and while I transport there was a bit long, our driver was great too. Beautiful water and a fun cruise to a great spot to chill, have a rum punch and soak up the sun!

Great 1/2 day trip for the entire family (2 adults, 1 child) , or even when flying solo. Snorkeling was super fun- nice waters & some colorful fish to see. It's even doable for older people. The staff - from bus driver (pickup) to onboard the catamaran were excellent and friendly. The only comment is that there were misalignments between pick-up time and pick-up location. The pick-up time moved out by 30min, and although we double checked the pick-up location, it was twice confirmed "lobby" - but it was not at the lobby; and somewhere at the hotel property. This could be improved. Besides this, great tour, can only recommend.
