Robinson was an incredible tour guide for my family’s adventure day! He was so accommodating and knowledgeable about all the places we visited. He’s also got great relationships with people in the greater Punta Cana area- it felt like we got a behind the scenes/off the beaten path tour but always felt super safe and comfortable. It was great to spend a day away from the resort and really see the beautiful country! Thank you, Robinson!!

We had such an amazing day with Sandy as our guide! We were well looked after and had so much fun on all of the activities. You may need to bring multiple changes of clothing if your buggy drive was anything like ours...!

Our tour guide, Gervacio was absolutely amazing!! 10/10. We had a great time zip lining in the mountains (even with the rain) and the buggy’s were cool but we got extremely dirty as expected. We were able to rinse off before heading to lunch at a local cafe near a cool pond. We also went to Macao beach which was BEAUTIFUL…absolutely breathtaking. We didn’t get to go to the cenote due to the rain earlier but we didn’t mind because we’d also done so much. To end the day, Gervacio took us to a little gift shop that had a bunch of souvenirs and a cigar shop. The whole day was incredible and our guide made sure to tell us about the culture of the areas we were in. We rode past some cacao, sugar cane, and cigar plantations and got to see alot of the city outside of the tourist areas. Wonderfully fulfilling experience with an exceptional tour guide. He didn’t speak English but he didn’t let that stop him from showing us a good time. He used Google translate to communicate with us which was very much appreciated. If you have the chance, book this experience. You won’t regret it!!

Loved this tour from beginning to end. Swimming in Blue Cave was amazing, horseback riding was fun, ziplining and buggy touring was adventurous, and Macao Beach was breathtaking. Lunch was included with drinks. Got information about the culture and area. Wester Martinez gave us a tour to remember. He took many photos and videos for us to remember it forever. Thank you, Wester!

We have a lot of fun, our favorite horse ride , mud boogie’s and zip line. The tour guy very nice.
The cenote it’s beautiful, and run by locals. Anything you buy there the cost is triple then other places.

Our tour guide, Westin, was AMAZING. He truly treated us like family and was extremely knowledgeable. The tour was so much fun and we were never rushed. Make sure to wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty for the buggy ride. We forgot to buy googles and a bandana and Westin took us to a store to ensure we had what we needed. Will be booking with them again for our next trip!

There was a bit of miscommunication with pickup (they skipped our stop), HOWEVER, Wenston/Westin picked us up shortly after and was our private guide. When I tell you he went ABOVE & BEYOND..he did. He answered all of my "thousands" of questions, held our belongings during the ziplining activity, took photos/videos on our phones, pointed out landmarks/tourist information, bought us waters and fresh avocados to go along with the authentic lunch. He was MORE than accommodating. He really made us feel like family! The adventure itself was great. We went on all the stops listed and it didnt feel rushed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and it was a buffet style meal.
We had no issues throughout the entire tour.
Recommend: sunglasses and scarf to cover nose for buggy ride, water shoes, and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Overall 10/10 experience. Worth every penny.

This was a wonderful value! We went to the cenotaph, horse back riding, zip lining, lunch and there were more stops but we opted to go back to the resort because we were so tired! It was a great day!

This trip was so much fun! We had a great driver named Darwin! He was kind of courteous and he gave us information about the history of Punta Cana! We started off going to a store then went to the cave to swim. Afterwards we went horseback riding and then got lunch. We then did the ATV driving and ZIP LINES which were absolutely amazing! ATVs are not the safest. But otherwise a good experience. And then we went to Macao beach. I would do this tour again!

We had a great experience seeing the beautiful countryside and learning about the culture on our way to the activities. Somethings I would recommend to future participants...closed toed shoes or water shoes are required and bring a scarf for the buggies or you can buy one there. I also recommend bringing a change of clothes and a bag to put dirty/wet clothes in because you will get dirty, but it was a ton of fun!

Everything was amazing!! The cave was so cool. The water was a little cold but it didn’t stop us. The horse back riding was fun and the horses are so tame. Zip lining was so pretty amazing! Nothing was bad.

We started our day with a horseback ride , which we assumed we’d have a nice view or something but it was a dirt circle track. We headed up toward mountains for the zip line, so again, assumed we’d have views. no views on the zip line it’s over farmland, and the lines are incredibly low. The buggy was the most disappointing part of our tour. Mainly as this is what we were most looking forward to. Our buggy constantly broke down 9x to be exact, and we were denied a new one even though we requested it twice. Another couple on the same tour had their entire axel fall off causing them to run into a fence. While on the way to the cenote we went by several other places with buggy and atvs which you could just tell by looking at them they were of a better quality, we should have booked elsewhere. I would never return to that location, awful experience and they didn’t seem to be phased by it which just confirms it happens all the time.

This excursion was great. We didn’t even realize everything that was included. It said 4 hours but was way over that. We were even provided with lunch that was delicious. The driver was the best that we had the entire trip. He explained different places that we passed and even pulled over to get fruit off the tree. It was better than expected.

All!!! I was worn out be the end of the day with all the action packed activities!!! This is a tour that captivates everything. The zip lining was my favorite and I overcame a fear and finally horse back rode! Wester our guide was also SPECTACULAR! WILL DEFINITELY BE BOOKING WITH VIATOR AGAIN

Zip lining was beautiful and the guide Juanito was very safe and energetic. The horseback riding was scenic and Julio was very friendly. The Dominican food was better than any restaurant we had been to in Punta Cana. . Hands-down, our guide, Mr. Wester Martinez, was who made our full day the best. He was very kind, gracious and had excellent energy. We could’ve done without the cave stop, because for us, it had already been a long day and we had already stopped at one shop, and at the cave stop they had some hard core sales people. We’d also advise (although it’s not a necessity) to bring cash so you can tip folks as they really do a great job at all the stops. Other than the cave stop, iit was a fabulous day of fun in the Dominican!

It's nice getting far away from your resort every now and then. We did a lot of first that day with buggies, horse riding, and ziplining. We felt safe during at each activity. Our tour guide was amazing/perfect. He even worked out getting one of our go pro attachments we left behind to the following activity. Would do again.

Wow what an awesome day we had ! I’ll never forget this trip, considering it was my first time out of the country . Robinson was so patient with us and took care of my friend and I. He was always ready to take pictures for us . He even offered to let my friend borrow his shades for the buggy excursion . We were the only ones who booked that day so we basically had a private tour/excursion. We started at the caves , went zip lining, rode buggys, ate food, visited a cigar factory , tried mamajuana , went horse back riding , then ended our day at the beach . Definitely recommend 10/10!!

Experience was amazing Teo was a Great Host. He make sure your comfortable and enjoy the whole duration of the excursion. Sandy (driver) also made sure if you needed anything he would assist to the best he can. They are both good people would recommend them for sure

We had the most amazing experience from start to finish
Tao our tour guide was brilliant. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and lots of fun.
He made sure we went to some local places as well and went above and beyond to make our experience perfect.
I would recommend everyone to book this Exursion, it was so much better than being crammed with other tourists and treated like numbers. This was a more personal and laid back tour. It was simply the most memorable day out that I have had for a while.
The highlight for me was jumping in the cave. Tao and some of the local people gave me the confidence to take the leap and it was an unforgettable moment.

My husband & I were in Punta Cana for our anniversary and wanted to do something special... something we've never done before. We've used Viator before in other countries and have greatly enjoyed ourselves so looked them up again for this trip. It was all booked online via my mobile phone while at our resort. The website was easy to use and communication with a Viator staff member was great. We received confirmations via email and we were set to go. I was contacted by a local tour company called Jhoraji and was given a time and location to meet our guide. Maybe this is normal for Jhoraji, or maybe we got lucky, but it turned out to be a private tour! We were picked up in a spotless SUV with great A/C and sound system. Our tour guide, Robinson, and driver, Wendell were absolutely incredible!! We had the best time with them! There was a lot of driving to get to/from and in between each activity so we got to see many beautiful small towns, see how real Dominicans live, and enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen. Our conversations with Robinson & Wendell were lively, engaging, and very informative. Each of the activities included in this package was fun, safe, and thrilling! Such an incredible experience for first-timers especially. And the lunch at La Dona Restaurant on Playa Macao was simply delicious. Thank you so much to Robinson & Wendell for all that you did for us to make this a truly unforgettable adventure! I highly recommend them!

Teo was a great tour guide, he was very knowledgeable!!! My sister and I had an amazing time exploring Punta Cana with him. We had such a fun time during this excursion. Our favorite part was zip lining and the authentic fried fish meal we had at the end of the fun day! One of the excursions had our bundle package wrong and Teo corrected the issue and we got to do all our planned activities! He was knowledgeable, kind and very helpful all throughout the entire excursion! Our first time here at the DR was a great experience because of Teo. We definitely recommend booking with this company and requesting Teo if possible!!! You won’t regret it!! :)
