False Advertising- another generic group excursion

This was advertised as a private excursion, I even called and verified transportation would be private. None of that was true. We were picked up in a nice open air bus and spent an hour going to 2 other hotels when the excursion departure was only 15 minutes away. Once there I asked several people at what point it was private and they kept shuffling us around with everyone else. Turns out we ended up with the other 30ish ATV's and traveled as a group. There was nothing personal about this experience. When I reached out to the company they said the private part was the cave, that we were the only group there. Finally, after e-mails I did get some money refunded for the false advertising.

Buggy fun and AMaZiNG water cave experience!

This was so much fun. We drive the buggies for about an hour then went to a show and lastly a water cave. The water cave was by far the best! It was refreshing and amazing x they had a dj in the cave and made it so much fun. We had a group of 9 including a 1 1/2 year old. This is one of the only buggy excursions that allows children under 3 years old. 100% recommend. Book through visitor and save about 40%.
