Almost ran out of a seat and the luggage was hanging from the door all the way to the hotel. On each stop the driver had to get out of the car, move the luggage out of the van and let the people getting down pass to put the luggage back again in the hallway. The person in charge didnt make an effort to be easily identified outside the airport.

When I arrived at Juliaca airport, I waited outside looking for someone to have a card with my name. Soon, individuals were asking me if I wanted a taxi. I told them that I have already prearranged one. They were nice and helpful enough to help me look for the taxi. I don't speak Spanish. Eventually, I was found by someone, the conductor I presume, who confirmed my name. I was led to a van where other passengers were. There were about 5-6 passengers in total. Some were locals who took the van ad-hoc, not pre-booked. We waited a few minutes and soon headed to Puno, which was good since I didn't want us to wait until the van was full. My flight arrived on Sunday, 8:30am and was on the way by 8:50am. The van was comfortable and I arrived at my hotel within the hour. No traffic.
