While planning a weekend trip to PV, my friend said she wanted to see the city. I booked this tour, despite our other friend’s “But I don’t exercise!” protests. We got a great dose of local history along with the city sights. Agustina was a fun and fabulous tour guide. She got us set up on comfy, well-fitted bikes, and kept us safe rolling through town. The ride was quite flat since we stayed near the coastline, in bike lanes and on the boardwalk. (My friend was a little sore the next day, but nothing a little hot tub time wouldn’t fix.) We all agreed that it was a great way to see the town and would definitely book with this company again. :)

JC was an excellent tour guide. It was a small group and he provided a lot of info about PV. We were able to see a lot of PV and we had a great time.

Excellent and kind guide. Can customize the tour based on how you'd like it to be. She passed by too quickly so i couldnt take much pictures. Still, highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our ride with Augustina through the beautiful streets and scenery of PVR. We showed up early and she offered to take us early on our tour. She was so patient with me, an obese middle aged woman, and tailored the journey to my capabilities. Her English was flawless and she was always upbeat and positive. We would happily tour with Xiutla again!

Not a huge amount of history in Puerto Vallarta, but enjoyed our bike tour w/Augustina who was super easy to chat with. She showed us the major spots along the malecom. We came from a cruise ship and had just a short time, but it worked in perfectly.

Enjoyed our tour as it was a hot day and nice to get out on the bike to move around town. PV was a stop on our cruise. Location was easy to find. Front desk staff spoke little English, and our tour guide spoke partial English. Luckily my husband is fluent so he was able to translate everything at the office and on the tour for me. Tour felt a little short and lacking compared to other bike tours we have been on, but all-in-all it was a nice little excursion.

We apologize for that inconvenience, we didn´t think it would be a trouble since your husband spoke fluent Spanish too. Tina was the best tour guide!! We were able to explore the Malecom boardwalk, learn history of Puerta Vallarta and get recommendations of where to go with our family. And ended with some tasty local ice cream. Highly recommend this for families!

Augustina is very knowledgeable about Puerto Vallarta and very well liked by the people we encountered along the bike route. Puerto Vallarta should stop developing so the charm of the city remains.

We had a blast with Jean Carlo and Alejandro, they were super fun to hang out with, they know a lot about Puerto Vallarta landmarks and history. We navigated through downtown perfectly and enjoyed the rides through the malecón and downtown, had wonderful sights and this was an easy bike ride with plenty stops and opportunities for pics

The guide was the owner's son, who had great knowledge of the city's history, but the his father wasn't professional. He did not introduce himself or acknowledge us. Also, the bicycles were outdated, and the guide had to switch with me due to the chain continuously coming off and other tourist's bike break didn't function correctly. I would not recommend them

My wife and I enjoyed our relaxed bike ride through the streets of downtown Puerto Vallarta. JC was very cordial and informative. We enjoyed his commentary on the various landmarks and beautiful sites of the city. The cruise down the boardwalk was probably the most memorable. It was a very safe and relaxed ride. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty and culture of the area.

The bike tour with our guide was fabulous. It was just my husband and I and our tour guide, Juan, was just delightful. He was knowledgeable, kind and had great interpersonal skills. We biked the beach, the city and the towns which were full of life- churches, people, restaurants, and energy. It was such a treat to come upon the beach art and meet one of the artists coming to touch up his pieces. So much pride and history on this tour....took the morning tour which helped with less pedstrian traffic. Do this- super personal, got ice cream afterwards and got a very up close and personal look of the city.

This tour with Julia was just perfect! she was knowledgeable, clear, reassuring and provided us a very engaging and interesting bike ride of the city. we saw much more than expected and learned a lot about the history in a fun way. my group was 8 people...my family made up 6 of the 8 and we had 4 adults and a 13 and 16 year old. it was engaging for all of us in different ways. the history was a win for the adults and the sites were a win win for the youth...and the entire ride was a perfect blend of city, tourist and beach riding. the pedal assist ebike was perfect because none of us had to experience labored riding....we saw the born exhibit, beach, santa maria church, a great park and so on. we rode with cars just to cross and in cycle lanes. the best 4 hours!
we topped it off- unexpectedly with tapas and wine!!! this was a great surprise where we got to know Julia and cycling friends a little more. i would give this tour 10 stars if i could....

This was a really fun tour. It wasn't strenuous and we enjoyed being able to relax while riding along the boardwalk. It was cool to see some of the city this way. We learned a few new things and would definitely recommend this tour. The ice cream is delicious too!

Highlight of our trip! We only had one day in Puerto Vallarta as part of our cruise and this was the perfect way to see the city without walking all day. The guide was a super nice guy and spoke great English, which was really nice. We had a lot of Fun! And the ice cream was suuuuper good.

Quick over view of Old Town. Great thing to do to get the blood moving after a long flight. Tour started at 4PM ended late dusk. The owner/operator/biker was great . Informative and you get ice cream at the end!
