Overview

i cannot believe it has already been a month since i got to experience this! it was so much fun, the views were amazing and the tour guides were awesome! i loved everything about it. it was my first time and i am glad to have done it here. i appreciate everything the guides and other employees did for us. i would def do it again if i come back to puerto vallarta. i love mexico so much. muchas gracias por todo! nos divirtimos muchisimo :d como mexico, no hay dos!

This was my second time and it was just as good as the first! The guides are super nice and helpful. Afterwards we had the BEST lunch and Bloody Mary’s I’d do it again

Excellent experience! Zip lines were exhilarating but we felt very safe and taken care of. The staff were amazing - be careful though of the hiking in between, there is a bit and there are some rocky steps. I missed one of the steps and twisted an ankle. But that was my fault and the staff were very caring and did what they could. One of the staff even carried me on his back from the bus because I couldn’t walk.. very nice folks. Overall highly recommend!

Did not get picked up or call from the tour guides

I would rate a zero star if it was possible but that’s not an option. I was scheduled to have my family of 5 picked up yesterday on Monday for a zipline mule ride on Monday and horseback riding on Tuesday. When I booked a month ago I was was told over the phone I would her a text or call from our tour guy the day before. We for no call, text or email. I was trying to reschedule the day before cause we missed our flight and was corresponding through their link it got no response after their tour guy ask “what day would you like to charge to”. The horseback ride tour guy called the day before to tell me we have to go to an address to get picked up. Ugh to make the long story short we were just told the wrong information. We just wanted to get rescheduled and get picked up from our hotel to get to the two excursions during our family vacation which seems merely impossible and very complicated.

The tour guides here are a lot of fun and do a great job of calming any nerves prior to ziplining! The course was fun, adventurous and clearly safe. The guides went out of their way to provide us with a fun time - they clearly love what they do! The mule ride at the end, though short, was a nice treat. I would absolutely go again!

This was a disaster from the start...when we arrived in PV, we called the tour operator a couple days ahead of time as the paperowkr suggested. The operator didn't speak great English, which I can deal with when I'm in Mexico!, but the communication link was never made. There were multiple time ptions listed for this tour. I asked for the early AM tour and believe that I was told that it was OK. When we showed up we were told that we were part of a 12:30 pm tour...that didn't work for us as we had to be elsewhere in PV by 2 pm. In retrospect, booking this tour was a mistake as the times were never clear. Every other tour I've ever done in 25 countries has a clear start time...in speaking with the tour rep. on the phone, I wasn't confident that even she had any idea who was coming when. Big waste of my and I plan to spread the word about how this all played out. I am extremely dissapointed in the tour comany and in Viator.
