I’ve been on so many tours on my travels in my 49 years. This by far was one of the saddest tours I’ve been on. The tour itself had so much potential as we went to see beautiful beach after beautiful beach. However, the tour guide we had zero enthusiasm. It was as if he was bored the entire time. He gave minimal information on our stops and I found myself having to ask many questions about information on the island. I specifically took this tour to learn about the history and locations of Turks and Caicos and I was left with more questions that answers. I was disappointed to say the least. At the end of the day, I just went back to our beach house and googled the history and read it for myself. I really hope this complaint is able to communicate to their employees the importance of having a fun, positive attitude when giving a tour. The guide really sets the tone for the day and this was lacked energy, fun or good communication.

Sylvester did an amazing job taking us around the island, teaching us about the history of the country and showing us unbelievable views. The food at Da Conch Shack was perfection!

Tour operator never showed up to pick us up. We waited for an hour. I would’ve given 0 if I could’ve. I use Viator exclusively for tours when I travel and this is the first time I have ever been disappointed

We traveled to many places around the island. Several beach stops and other places of historical interest. The lunch stop was great! The food was plentiful and excellent. Amazing to see how abundant the conch shells are. Great island preview to see where you may wish to go later on your vacation. Our guide Sylvester was laid back on what our timeframe was but covered interesting island information. We were also the only ones on the tour so it was very casual.

We were on the tour by ourselves, so the attention was amazing. Our guide took us to fascinating places in Turks and Caicos that we couldn't have found by ourselves. We had a awesome lunch at Da Conch Shack, which is set in an idyllic spot.

The tour was really nice and our tour guide, Sylvester, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. It felt like he was a part of our family. The right amount of time allotted for each place was spot on, and Sylvester flowed with our timing as well.

My daughter and I took the tour and really enjoyed it. Sylvester was our guide and he is so easy-going and informative. It was laid-back, completely interactive and more conversational than presentational. It was so cool to hear about the history and the islands.

I booked this tour thru viator for 11/7 with pick up from our hotel. When it came time for pick up, I didn’t have an ETA by text or email so I called the tour business several times with no answer. I finally emailed and received an email reply that the tour had been canceled. I requested a refund from viator and they had the audacity to question the refund for a tour we didn’t take. According to the tour owner, I should’ve never been able to book on viator because the date wasn’t available for booking. Now I’m in a battle between my bank and viator on whether a refund is valid on a tour we didn’t take. I wouldn’t book through viator and I’d be careful booking tours with this business. They’re both unprofessional and if you don’t have $304 to lose, just book excursions on the island once you arrive.

We did this tour off-season and were the only 2 people on the tour. We appreciate that it ran anyway. Only one day was offered: Wednesday. Generally we book a tour like this toward the beginning of our stay to get a broad view of where we are staying, but since this was midweek, we had already done a lot of exploring on our own. Sylvester was our driver/guide and he did a nice job of sharing his knowledge with us. He gave us a few tourist and local tips that we added to our plan for the remainder of the week. Lunch was a shared platter of fish fingers, fries, cracked conch, conch fritters, jerk chicken wings, and plantains.
We found that we had done a really nice job ourselves of exploring off the beaten path and this tour was a nice compliment to what we had already done.

Great experience, touring around the island sight seeings,to shops, learning some history of the island, great food spot the conch shop, and beautiful beaches my favorite sapodilla was a great experience and tour guy slyvester was real cool and gave us time to explore. Go book this excursions

The driver was very nice. He had a lot of patience and he also showed respect to the customers. What you see he will do, he actually did it. He brought us to DA CONCH SHARK restaurant, the food was delicious. Overall the tour was fantastic.

We were very disappointed in this tour. It was long, dragged and slightly boring. I love sightseeing tours but the tour guide didn't explain much on any history at all or letting us know where we were going. We stopped by a market to shop but only 2 little spots for souvenirs was open, bar there was closed. we stopped and looked at different beaches, which was boring if we couldn't go take a dip for like 30 minutes. I didn't learn anything and felt we should have just used this money to rent out car instead and learn stuff on our own instead of paying for this, my husband was super disappointed.
Seeing "the Hole" was cool. Conch Shack had delicious food so that was a nice stop.
The guide was nice but didn't offer us any drinks, we had to keep asking him and we made sure our tour mates were all good as well. (He was nice, never mean but not sure if it was just him bored of having "another day at work".)

Lovely to see the island's best from the vantage point of a local. Sylvester was a good tour guide but didn’t seem to want to engage with us. All of our questions were met with one or two word answers.

I was charged for a tour that for unknown reasons was canceled by the company the day of. It's been a week and I have not received a refund.

So far nothing to share as the Tour Operator never showed up. We tried calling but NO answer. We then tried customer service who couldn't get hold of him either. The security guard at the Club Med then used his phone and he answered. Said it was canceled due to weather (it rained for about 5 minuted). He NEVER contacted us to let us know - we have email, text, phone and WhatsApp so very reachable plus he could have called the Club Med. I have requested a refund but to date Viator has said that they have to confirm what happened with the Tour Operator. We were offered the next day but we already had plans plus it was our last day.

Captain Q and big Lou were amazing. They know how to do their job professionally. They took us to the an inhabited highland and we had a great experience. Captain Q’s jokes and humor was top notch.

We had a good time seeing the island. The hole and da conch shack were great stops. Wish we had a little more info provided about the history of the island instead of celebrity houses. Would have liked to hear more about how things came to be. We enjoyed seeing the island but felt it wasnt super informative.
