They rescheduled us three times and it was not good experience for this booking . We were looking forward for it but it did not happen :( bc their reschedule conflicted with our schedule for these days

Absolutely do not book, we spent money to come to this side of the island on a taxi and have to pay it to get back and they literally cancelled our booking 20 minutes before and we have been here for an hour waiting to make sure we were on time!

Bryant gave us a tour of the jet car, and it was the best experience ever! Everything was well organized, they were on time, and they gave us more than enough time to explore and enjoy the experience. The accommodations were excellent, and our instructor was amazing—so patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend this experience!

We had an amazing time! The jet ski experience was exciting, adventurious, well-organized, and so much fun from start to finish. The employee who helped us was friendly, professional, and entertaining, he made sure we felt safe and comfortable before heading out. He explained everything clearly and had a great attitude that made the experience even better. We absolutely loved the tour of Iguana Island, and the shipwreck experience was awesome! It made the whole adventure even memorable. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an exciting adventure with outstanding customer service. We'll definitely be back!

Could be better. Communication wasn’t good on where to meet. No choice of jet car. Only one was brought to us. 30 mins is plenty of time. My kids had fun. But it is very expensive with no choice of car.

I’d like to share some feedback regarding my recent JetCar experience. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the expectations outlined at the time of booking. We were informed that the experience would include a 15-minute photoshoot session, with the remaining time dedicated to enjoying the ride. However, that was not the case, and the overall experience felt rushed and unorganized from the beginning.
As a result, we felt that the value received did not justify the amount paid. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can help improve future customer experiences.
Thank you for the complimentary drinks provided as a gesture for the inconvenience; it was greatly appreciated. However, I would still like the opportunity to experience the full service that was originally included in the excursion and that we paid for.
I look forward to returning in the near future and would appreciate the chance to complete the excursion as intended, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience and receive the level of service that was originally promised.

Horrible experience . Very ghetto , communication is terrible. We asked for a drone for 45 mins and everybody played confused for over an hour . We booked a photo and didn’t get it .

From the very beginning, this experience was disorganized. The operator changed the meeting location, where I had to ask for the meeting spot. When my family and I arrived, we had to call multiple times just to find out where they were. Once we finally located them, things only got worse.
A significant portion of our paid time was lost because my stepfather was unfamiliar with operating the jet car. There was little to no instruction provided on how to drive it, and we were never properly guided through the process. We also expected some type of tour guide based on the activity description, but there was none. Instead of helping us learn and enjoy the experience, our time was shortened because we struggled to operate the vehicle.
The lack of organization and structure was evident throughout the entire experience. To make matters worse, the jet car itself was in poor condition. The interior seats were torn and visibly damaged, with stuffing coming out of the seams. It did not appear to be well maintained.
This activity was booked as a birthday experience for my mother, and unfortunately, she did not enjoy it. We paid for a full experience and did not receive what was advertised or expected. Looking back, the low reviews should have been a warning sign. I would not book this activity again and would not recommend it to others.

The overall experience was good and the guide that we ended up having was really good. Our biggest complaint was that the communication to get the event and setup was really poor. We had to call/text multiple times after we had already booked through viator and kept getting promises to call us back with a time but they never did. They weren't well organized and didn't seem to even know about our reservation. The package listed 3 sites as part of the tour and we went to 1 of them. We were also supposed to have a drone photo shoot as part of our package and that wasn't even an option.
Overall, we got lucky that another vendor happened to show up at the site we were at and knew the person who has the contract through Viator and was able to take us and I assume he will get paid on the side from the original company.
If the booking does not allow you to pick the time and does not give a clear place, I would not book this and would talk to your resort about who they know that can do this tour.

We had an amazing time with Jet Car Turks and Caicos! We booked the Ferrari jet car, and it was such a unique and fun experience. Unfortunately, the water was too choppy for us to make it out to the shipwreck, but that didn’t take away from the experience at all—we still had an absolute blast on the water.
Arion and his staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole excursion exciting from start to finish. Their energy and customer service really stood out and helped make the day memorable.
If you’re looking for a fun activity while visiting Turks and Caicos, I highly recommend booking with them. We can’t wait to come back and book another excursion in the future!

We loved the activity, but we were scheduled for 2:00 pm, but didn’t leave on car until 3:30. Other than that, we loved the excursion.
