Very well organised tour. Three well chosen wineries. Excellent knowledgeable guide, Patrick. Gorgeous countryside. Tastings are expensive (however waived if you buy). Picnic lunch (purchased en route) enjoyed in idyllic setting at middle winery, while tasting.

Wine tour guide Patrick took me on a solo tour since other no show participants. We toured 3 wineries with very good wine selections and scenery of the wine country. Patrick provided Oregon and Portland history with wine information to enhance the tour. Started the day with purchasing lunch items stored in the tour van cooler. Lunch was enjoyed at the 2nd winery with the wine tasting. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in wine tastings, beautiful scenery and an enjoyable wine country experience.

Great trip with a knowledgeable and friendly guide. Eric was great! I would do this again the next time I'm in Portland.

The tour guide (Andy), provided an excellent day of wine touring, including comfortable transport. He selected three wineries that each had great attributes. An initial stop allowed for a picnic lunch to bring to the second stop. I recommend a custom charcuterie board. The schedule included the right amount of time at each spot. Wonderful way to spend the day either solo or with others!

This wine tour was an amazing experience. Eric did a great job guiding and educating our small group through Oregan wine country. The 3 wineries we visited were unique, educational, quaint and fun, especially having a tasting with the wine producer himself at Bacus. It was a wonderful day!

This tour is pretty relaxing. The three wineries we went to were unique from each other. I really enjoyed Andy’s easy going yet informative tour. Andy even took us to a unique deli before we went so we could get snacks/lunch for the trip.

A picture perfect day exploring the Willamette Valley wineries. Our amazing driver/guide/wine guru Dominique curated a three estate tour which of spectacular wines, panoramic scenery, and knowledgeable sommeliers. The small group and welcoming hosts made it feel like a private tour.

The hosts at Bacus were amazing! Best experience on the tour. Ghost hill was beautiful as well. Dominique made our late start a pleasant one! She was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Should have picked better wineries, other than Durant- didnt enjoy the others! Felt rushed as well and the tour van was stuffy
Response from Host, Jul 2021
Hi SharmV,
Sorry we missed the mark with the chosen wineries, it happens sometimes. We try to choose a mixture of small, medium, and large wineries, as well as an overlay of different ambiances.
In terms of the stuffiness, that's unfortunate. Our vehicles have climate controls for both the front and rear, for future reference, definitely let a driver/guide know so they can make adjustments, they may not be experiencing the same as you.
Hope the rest of your trip to Oregon was pleasant.
Cheers!

My husband and I had a great experience on this wine tour. We went to 3 different wineries and had 5 samples of wine at each. The tour guides were knowledgeable and a lot of fun! If you love wine and want to learn more about Oregon’s wine country definitely take this tour!

So fantastic! Malia was so informative, easy to talk with, knowledgeable and great at bringing a group together. The wineries visited were good and the timing of it all, was so relaxing and organic. The wines were delicious as well as numerous! I will definitely do this again when I come back to Portland and look to have Malia as my guide again.

My mom and I wanted to spend some time together and play tourist for a day. We are from the area and have been wine tasting before. But going with Wildwood Adventures and our guide, Will, made it more relaxing and fun. We didn’t have to worry about driving, or planning anything. We experienced new wineries. And even learned a few cool things about our state that we didn’t know!
It was fun to meet the other people on the tour who came from other places. And even though it was raining, the scenery was still beautiful.

This was hands down my favorite thing to do while visiting Portland. Hathum (not sure about spelling) was our tour guide. He couldn't have been more personable and talkative. Hathum kept us laughing and enjoying the entire experience. Never a dull moment! He knew SO much about the Portland area and wine valley. The wineries were all amazing! The tastings were definitely enough to get us feeling good. By the end of the tour, I was convinced to come back and visit Portland again.

I participated in this tour as a solo traveler. Andy, our tour director was on time at the designated meeting place. He immediately made us all feel comfortable and we spent a nice relaxed day touring three different wineries. Andy was very informative about history in the area as well as wine in the Willamette Valley. I felt the wineries were diverse and a good representation of Oregon's wine industry.

This was such a great tour! We were able to visit 3 wineries Erath, Durant and Hyland, as well as visit an olioteca! Although it was cloudy and rainy on our trip, we made the most of our fun! It was a small group 6 people total plus tour guide and our guide, Simon, was very knowledgeable! He told us information about Portland, gave recommendations on eateries around the area, history of Portland and how the Willamette Valley became the premier for Pinot Noir. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience Oregon wine country and delicious tastings - be sure to re-visit a wine while sampling :-

I have told all my friends and family that this is the tour to take when they are in Portland! The trip started when we were picked up in a luxury coach. The guide was fun and knowledgeable about the area, attractions and most importantly the wines. He created a wonderful tour of wineries that offered fantastic views and impressive wines. He went out of his way to make sure we had a tour beyond expectation.
