I had an amazing time on the Segway Beach Tour in Port Douglas, and it was made outstanding by our guide, Anthony.
Anthony is fantastic — knowledgeable, enthusiastic, patient, and hilarious. He made sure everyone felt confident and safe from the start, gave clear instructions, and kept the group entertained throughout. The tour itself was a highlight: gliding along beautiful beaches and coastal paths while learning about the local wildlife and history. Anthony picked perfect photo spots and ensured we all had a brilliant time.
I highly recommend this tour — and if you go, ask for Anthony. He’s the best! An unforgettable experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was a great afternoon of fun. Ant provided great training and safety warnings before we headed out on the segways. Riding along four mile beach was really cool. My 16 year old son says it was the highlight of our holiday ❤️

I’m sorry you feel this way. My trailer is only maned as you put it during business hours and tour participation times. Which run 9am and 2pm daily.

This was my second time riding a Segway, but my first time doing the Four Mile Beach tour (my previous experience was at Australia Zoo). Seeing Four Mile Beach from a Segway was incredible and really showed just how far the beach stretches. The instructor was very informative and explained all safety precautions clearly, which made the experience feel safe and enjoyable. A fantastic activity that I would highly recommend for a group of friends, family, or even a work group.

Anthony, the owner/ guide is excellent in preparing riders for the Segway experience. The trip along the 4 Mile Beach is a wonderful experience. The beach is wide, smooth and very open for an exhilarating trip. Anthony is professional, personable and very qualified which makes it all worthwhile.

It is easy get through and when you do you’ll have lots of fun plus the owner is very friendly and experienced because he has been doing it for 7 years sometimes it’s worth it.

Wear proper covered shoes if you can. Arrive 15 mins early for a lesson.
I don’t have great balance but it was easy! Great instruction and local information about the area. We had a wonderful time and even tasted some real coconut water!
A must do experience when in Port Douglas!

My husband and I were lucky enough to get a tour just ourselves when we stopped in Port Douglas. It was great to get on the beach, feel the breeze and appreciate the stunning scenery. Ant kept us amused and entertained with local info and his stories. Segways after about 5 minutes we're easy enough to get the hang of and you get a familiarisation with them before heading off to make sure you feel confident. Great communication from Ant and he took photos and videos for our holiday memories. Great experience would definitely recommend 👌

Our guide Ant, was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. My wife and I had a wonderful time.
There were five of us in our group and none of us had ever ridden a SEGWAY before. After a half hour of excellent instruction and practice in a safe space we were all ready to ride on the beach.
The beach was hard packed and the scenery was beautiful.

I did ask about weight restrictions before booking and was told there was none but when we went the guy informed us there was weight restrictions and we could not do it!! Want my money back!!

Riding a Segway along a beautiful beach was awesome. Our guide was fantastic and took the time to ensure we were comfortable with riding the Segway before starting and he was very informative and knowledgeable about the local area and just made our trip so great and even took heaps of photos of us riding the Segway along the beach. We really loved this adventurous trip.

First time in 15 Segway rides that I have ridden on a beach. The weather was great and whilst the earlier morning ride had several riders I had the privilege of a solo tour. Just got back to Sydney and have spent so much time cancelling upcoming trips and the many associated bookings, so I was lucky to be able to do this trip and the 4 Mile Beach Segway ride. Will do it again when next in Port Douglas.
