Really lovely and informative! The bit of History about Port Douglas gave me a great appreciation for the town, and the environment. Plus we saw John Farnham's yacht. It was a funny Hollywood Hills moment.

A pleasant cruise with an informative crew. Information delivered with a bit of dry humour. we didn't see any crocodiles as the weather wasn't appropriate, but it was still interesting.

We had a short boat ride and we were able to see a couple saltwater Crocs. The boat was comfortable on smooth water and the crocs were awesome.

This is a relaxing cruise along the waterways of Port Douglas. We were fortunate to see 3 crocodiles, and the captain ensured we had ample time to take great photos.
Listen carefully to the captain's commentary because he shares a lot of knowledge with some great, but subtle humour thrown in.

Great cruise. Saw crocs! Even a male and female interaction, which was cool! Soo stoked to see crocs in wild in their natural habitat. Tour guide informative and funny. Great way to see a little bit more of Port Douglas & history of town. Had choice of a drink (soft drink, wine, beer etc) and a yummy snack of olives, cheese & crackers, hummus, veggie sticks.

Nice ride, good snacks, great service, excellent narration (and comedy). We had hoped to see some sort of wildlife (e.g. crocs, snakes, birds); however, we were advised this was the wrong time of year to see crocs. Unfortunately, this warning came as we were pulling away from the marina. We saw lots of abandoned boats, but hardly the driver for a cruise ship excursion.

The boat was lovely and the service was great. Our experience provided 1 beverage (beer, if you wish) and a nice snack plate with crackers, hummus, olives, cheese and some fruit for each passenger. All for a great price. Now, some advice. Check the tide charts and try to go during low tide during the hotter months. That's probably your best chance of seeing cross in the water. The guide said August and September are generally the best times to see the cross sunning themselves on the mud banks. So needless to say, we didn't see any cross, but the experience on board was really nice.

We have been on this tour 6 times.
It is relaxing and not rushed. Get a drink and nibbles included in the price, good clear commentary and have seen crocs and some interesting birds species.
We highly recommend this tour out of Port Douglas Marina which leaves a few different times a day. Toilet on board.
You can also purchase extra non alcoholic drinks and beer and wine.

I did this boat cruise twice whilst in Port Douglas. Nice boat cruise up the calm river. Good commentary, with a yummy snack box provided and first drink free. Great value for money too. Glad I did this cruise a second time as we did see a crocodile 🐊 go from the water to land.

Excellent way to spend 90 minutes or so on the local river. Reasonably priced (45aud pp) and includes a drink and snack. Even got to see a gator.
You will walk past in when being tendered in from a cruise ship.

Richard and Jay are amazing people and bring great vibes to our vacation. The tide was high and we didn’t see many wildlife but overall really enjoyed the tour. Love the boat too!
