- Please, you must be 20 minutes before your tour, otherwise you will lose your reservation WITHOUT REFUND.
- Documents to show at the entrance of the tour Adults: Official ID, IFE or INE, temporary or permanent residence issued in Quintana Roo. Kids, Infants under 5: Official ID.
- Passengers must be at least 5 years old. The minimum height required is 1.20 metes (3 feet 9 inches).
- Maximum weight p/vehicle: Single – 175 kg ( 386 lbs) Double – 210 kg (463 lbs)
- IMPORTANT INFORMATION. After 6 PM, The Sanctuary office closes, making morning transfers challenging. For a seamless experience, we recommend booking the 2nd shift to ensure ample time for arrangements. Pickups begin 60-90 minutes before Tour time. Thank you!"

We took this tour for a bachelorette party and it was honestly one of the best excursions we have ever done! The staff was incredible and so funny! They made sure we were having the best time the entire time. This tour was better than we expected. The ATV was fun and they let us enjoy it without stopping every minute or going too slow. The animal sanctuary was amazing, we even got to hold the monkeys and parrots. And the canotes were beautiful and we had enough time to take photos and also enjoy. Definitely would do it again!

This was awesome, had a ton of fun. The monkey sanctuary is really interesting, although its basically a small zoo. Super informative guides. The ATV ride thru the jungle was a blast, and the cenote was beautiful.

OMG!!!!! The ATV was sooo much fun! It rained a day before we got there so there was soo many mud puddles which made the entire ATV ride worth it! The Monkey Sanctuary was great too! Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable by giving us the background on how the animals came to them and what was done to rescue them back to health. We had no idea about the history especially the Macaw birds. My only suggestion is if you want to experience the Monkey bonding, pay for it before the activities begin. We must’ve gotten there late because we had to quickly register and sit with the group so I wasn’t able to pay for that at the time of check in., so we missed out on that but everything else was amazing! I highly recommend it!

This company is a scam. Under no circumstances should anyone book with them, especially if you are on a cruise ship. They claim they will pick you up but are actually over 3 hours from the Port and cannot pick you up. They just just take your money and refuse refund. I have booked multiple excursions through viator without issue. This has by far been my worst experience EVER.

Good morning, Devon. We regret to learn of your negative experience. We wish to clarify the details surrounding this booking. One day prior to your scheduled tour, we contacted you to confirm a pickup time of 8:00 AM, which you affirmed as acceptable.
On the day of the tour, you informed us that you would disembark at 8:30 AM. Given that the ferry journey from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen typically takes 45 minutes, we advised you that missing the 7:00 AM ferry would likely prevent you from arriving on time. Despite this information, you indicated your intention to proceed directly to the sanctuary independently. We further informed you that an additional 30 minutes of travel time would be required from Playa del Carmen to the sanctuary.
Anticipating a late arrival, we offered a full refund for the tour, but you chose to proceed. As expected, you did not arrive on time. We believe this outcome is not attributable to our company, as we communicated potential delays on three separate occasions, and you chose not to heed our advice. Nevertheless, despite the circumstances, we agreed yesterday to process a full refund. We maintain that this situation was not a result of our actions. We maintained consistent communication with you for 24 hours leading up to the tour and recommended cancellation, but you opted to continue with the reservation.
We apologize that your experience was unsatisfactory.

Was a great well rounded experience! Everything from the transportation to the activities was well planned and organized. The sanctuary animals
Are so sweet and the monkey bonding experience is out of this world. One in a lifetime to interact with a monkey. The ATV ride was super fun (had a 12 yr old and 15 yr old with us) and the cenote swim with a perfect was to refresh. The only downside was the food. The food at the end of the tour, though appreciated since we were hungry, wasn’t very good.

The whole experience was a mess. My ATV ended up malfunctioning, most likely it was engine failure because the engine light turned off and the ATV stopped making that vibration noise. I ended up crashing into the side of the road while I was going down a rocky hill. The staff showed no remorse and no compassion. I was driven back to their office and was forced to sign a no refund release form and they made me fill out the form twice because they didn't like what I wrote. Very unsettling and horrendous experience. Wouldn't recommend this one! What a shame for the animals, hopefully they get treated well. Oh, and they lied to Viator because they don't want to give a partial refund. Apparently, I was a danger to others on the tour. If I was a danger to others, why did they let me complete my whole tour? Makes no sense whatsoever. All lies and fraud ! R U N !!!!

This was an excellent activity for kids. The grandkids loved the monkey and snake experiences. The ATV and Cenote ride was perfect depth for little ones to experience a cave cenote without being overwhelmed.

We were 4 adults from Michigan and had a great time on this experience. I thought it was a little pricey but it lasted 5 hours and I felt we got our moneys worth. It is basically 3 experiences.
First, we did ATVs. We wore bathing suits with shorts over. You can rent lockers for $3 or bring your backpack on the ATV. Insurance costs $15 per vehicle and we did 4 singles. The ride was very fun, although quite bumpy if you have any injury. We brought face gaiters and bug spray but did not need either Dec 31. We saw kids as young as 5 on the back of parents and they were having a blast. You can drive in sneakers or sandals, and it lasted about 45 minutes.
Cenote - The ATV stops at the cenote for a swim and it was glorious. We had it all to ourselves and it was very cold but refreshing. Pack water shoes as it is rocky. We stayed about 20 minutes which was perfect. There are changing rooms to put on dry clothes.
Monkey Sactuary - we rode the ATVs back and then did the animal tour which lasted about an hour. The rescued animals are beautiful and you can tell the staff really care about them. We did the monkey bonding and the trainer had Bonita sit on our heads and hands. She was adorable and i think it was worth the extra cost. The staff was very careful to have us wash hands, and we also held a snake and macaw.
Photos - the photographer takes pictures along the way at all activities and they were great. They cost extra but we thought it was worth it.
Lunch - there were ham sandwiches at the end at 4:30 and we were very hungry by then. Nothing fancy but they did the trick.
Transportation - a van picked us up at 11:20 and drove us back around 5:00. Carlos was great and a very safe driver. We did tip - it was a great convenience!
Overall we were very happy and I highly recommend it!

From the start Viator were in contact with us well in advance of the date to make sure everything was correct. A small issue arose with our transport and this was fixed quickly with great communication.
The actual trip was fantastic. We arrived and were introduced to our guide and given instructions about the day. We were given time to get ready in very clean, well maintained changing rooms.
The ATVs were explained well and we were given the proper safety equipment. We were taught how to handle the machines and then we were off, first down a trail and then up and down into the jungle to a cenote.
We were told all about the history and geology of the cenote by our incredibly knowledgeable guide, Luis. We were then back on the ATVs, going at speed back to the sanctuary.
We then were able to get up close and personal with the animals and even got a monkey on our heads. You can see the real care the staff have for all the animals, they love them and they treat them beautifully.
A great trip, would highly recommend!

Very pleased. Guides were flexible with ATV ride. Fast riders were allowed to go fast and slow riders were allowed to go slow. Cenote was cool as hell and refreshing. I think getting 20 or so minutes to swim in the cave was adequate. The monkey sanctuary was cool and bonding was fun. Easily worth the price for a half day trip.
Knocking a point off since I still haven't received my photos that I paid for yesterday. I don't have any of my own so it would be nice to get those.

This tour was nice - but very very rushed. We were picked up by the company and as soon as we got there we were told we would need to buy bug spray and face coverings, but at the same time, that we were late and needed to hurry. The tutorial on the ATV was very brief, but it was easy to get the hang of and very fun. The cenote was super cool, but again, rushed to change to get in the water, and rushed getting out. What they didn’t tell us is that after the cenote and after the ATV ride back, we would get the chance to shower and change - which would have been great to know, since it was very dusty, and we put our clothes on over our swim stuff since we were so rushed, and it turned to caked on mud, and we didn’t have anything to change into. There seemed to be a lot of animals around, but again we were rushed through and didn’t get to stop and look. Monkey bonding experience was very brief, but awesome. Lunch was a basic sandwich, which was fine. Overall, a good tour, but would benefit tremendously from slowing it down and letting guests have more time to enjoy things.

We did the ATV tour, cenote swim, and monkey sanctuary tour during this outing. The guides were super friendly and made sure everyone stayed safe. The ATV ride was exhilarating, and cooling off in the underground cenote afterwards was very refreshing. Definitely pay the extra fee for the monkey bonding! I almost passed on it, but ended up so glad I did it.
My only minor complaint is we waited longer than expected/past the scheduled start time at the sanctuary (before the ATV portion started)
Kudos to the guides, they really nailed it!

The whole experience with better than our expectations. Communication was always prompt. ATV was the best experience we had in Mexico. We should’ve known to bring a facemask because at times it did get very dusty. We were able to visit the Sunol day, then visit the Moki sanctuary.

Definitely not a half day experience. You pick up from a bunch of other hotels. Atv ride was a blast, cenote was short but sweet and the sanctuary was interesting. Our English speaking guide was awesome.

What a fantastic tour! Great ATV experience with knowledgeable guides who really ensured our safety and fun. The cenote swim was cold, but amazing!
The only star lost here may be due to Viator. Yes, the monkey bonding is listed as not included, but there wasn't an option to include it via Viator. All of the other non-Viator bookings there had it included. We did get to add it on once we were there and informed, but it was a hassle and the rest of the group had to wait for us.
So, ensure you do the monkey bonding when you check in at the sanctuary! It's worth it!

Overall a good 1/2 day tour. Pick up was prompt and check in was organized. The staff was really friendly. The only negative was after the tour we had to sit around for an hour to get loaded back on the shuttle to go home. If they clean this up I would give 5 stars.

Our ATV Adventure and Monkey Sanctuary day was an absolute blast! 🐒🌿
To start, the tour displayed a high level of professionalism throughout. Their on-time hotel pick-up was greatly appreciated by my group, It enhanced the overall experience significantly.
The private cenote was a real gem - just our group, enjoying the cool and crystal-clear waters. The day kicked off with an ATV ride, starting at the Monkey Sanctuary and cruising to the cenote, followed by a return for a detailed tour of the sanctuary. I appreciate how the guide took excellent care of our group, considering that not everyone was experienced in driving ATVs. Safety was clearly a top priority, making the bumpy parts of the journey enjoyable for all.
The Monkey Sanctuary was a truly unique experience. Although the monkey bonding portion came at an extra cost ($34 per person), it was well worth it. We had the chance to meet Sarah, the capuchin, which was an unforgettable encounter. Plus, we got to hold a snake and some birds. 🐍🦜. Moreover, the guided tour of the sanctuary shed light on their mission to rehabilitate and care for animals that come to them from some unfortunate situations.
Overall, If you're up for an adventure filled with fun, wildlife, and a unique experience, I can't recommend this tour enough! 🚵♀️🐵

ATV ride was extremely dusty. Could hardly see in front of us at times. Be ready for a lot of dust. Lot of sitting around after check in. Would be better if things moved along quicker. Cave was cool. To touch monkeys was an extra $34 USD per person not included in the trip fee.

This was a very fun and informative experience. We started with the ATV part of the tour that took us along a dirt road for the first half then onto a dirt trail. They place you according to how they see you handle the machine so if you are placed at the front of the line you'll be able to go pretty fast. The ATV portion led to the cenote which was really cool and a fun way to cool off. Then we took the ATV's back to the sanctuary where we learned all about the animals they take in and rehabilitate. Overall a wonderful experience, our guides Omar and Mikey were very knowledgeable and passionate about the animals they took care of.
Would definitely recommend this activity to everyone in the area!

We had a fantastic time quad biking and they catered for every level of ability. The sanctuary was great and very informative about the species and ethical in that they will eventually be re released. Our guide was informative and fantastic
