Well, the activity person...

Well, the activity person did not show up. I messaged her through the Viator app. No response at all. We waited at the meeting spot for a half an hour and even walked down to the beach where the activity was to take place. No one was there either. Luckily I was able to get a refund through Viator. But it was disappointing because my daughters and I were looking forward to it. And we got up at 5:00am on vacation for this as well. I understand that unexpected things come up, but no explanation/response at all. Not a good way to run a business.
