Tour operators were so friendly and accommodating. We had fun seeing the jewelry, and yes buying little pieces. Tequila tasting was fun, and did not feel pressured Beach club was AMAZING! Best ceviche so far!

We had booked the van to pick up my family at the grand Serena resort at 9 AM sharp paid for it in full. The driver arrived at 10 o’clock with a full van one hour late. Then we had wanted the driver was grumpy. He insisted that we signed a liability card which I signed it, but I didn’t. I didn’t put the excuse. He was upset with us. We did not go with him at all. He was so grumpy and so such a displeasure of a driver we thought we don’t want to ride with him anywhere

We were given a 9am pick up time via text,. Were at our front lobby at 851. Waited until 930 and called to see where our driver was. Was told our pick up time was 830 and we were a no show. We were not told of this change in time. The company was unwilling to come get us and would not refund our money

Your pickup time of 8:30 a.m. was confirmed by email in advance, as is our standard procedure. Unfortunately, we only received your call at 9:30 a.m., which was already one hour past the confirmed time, and after the driver had left. While we understand that you may have seen a different time via text, the official confirmation sent by email indicated 8:30 a.m. clearly. Despite this, we offered to reschedule your tour at no additional cost, but this offer was declined. We always strive to communicate clearly and support our guests in any way we can. We had a great time. We would have preferred less time at the jewelry store. It was interesting but we needed more time on 5th and the beach. Overall, we don't regret it but next time, we will definitely find something more flexible.

I enjoyed the experience but information on what to expect would have helped me better understand how this tour worked. We had to wait 30 for a van between stops but vans were leaving not filled during our wait. I would recommend and do this excursion again.

The tours themselves were nice. I had a lot of fun enjoying the tequila samples and the jewelry had many particular pieces for prices that were good. My huge complaint is the fact that the transportation was very unreliable. We were told that we would be picked up at 10 am, but the shuttle did not arrive until 10:20. Also, we had to wait in the gor sun for 45 minutes past our quoted pick up time. Fellow guests had young children and I was worried that they would get heat stroke in the hot sun. There was no apology or explanation as to the reason for the delay. I feel that I was taken advantage of and would not recommend this to anyone who values their time.

I enjoyed this trip. You got a lot for the money spent. The driver was prompt in picking us up. We went to a jewelry store which was very expensive and pointless. I took a star away for that because it was so pointless. Next was the tequila museum. I enjoyed tasting the different tequila. Jesus was a wonderful guide. They also had different souvenirs so you could shop. After that we were dropped off in Playa del Carmen for about 2-3 hours. It was more time then I needed actually. I shopped, ate and visited a museum. Great trip

Not enough time to shop at Playa del Carmen. Didn't realize that we had to stay at the beach club. Thought it was just a drop off stop. The girl was reluctant to give us the wrist band to use the bathroom because we didn't want to stay there. We wanted to go shopping. That was the whole purpose for the trip. Also is took us two hours to get back to our hotel when it was supposed to be one. The driver took passengers to their resort that was out of our way. What if I had something scheduled and missed it because the return time was off by an hour. It would be nice to have the trip be just to Playa del Carmen instead of the jewelry and tequila shop stop. The driver was wonderful and the ride was very comfortable. Thank you.

More time on 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen

Nice tour. I would have preferred less time at Matis Jewelry store and Hacienda Jalisco to spend more time on 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen. Most of us only had time for shopping and didn't get to eat. We were required to return at a certain time a d had to wait on the sidewalk for about 40 minutes.
