Good trip, captain was on point and the 2 hands worked hard the whole time...only negative we did not get food as promised. We ask when we first arrived and was told we would eat when we got back but when we did they said they had no more pizza so nothing to offer and the last free shuttle was leaving In 10 min so got nothing ut attitude from management, Great workers poor management

Would have given these guys 5 stars hands down...until I realized I had been took. Didnt catch a lot of fish...but crew was great captian was good..friendly to some degree...but hey Im there for fish. Caught a nice king barracuda...took the upsale on shipping him to FL to a "partner company" for mounting. Took my CC number details ect...said it was all set after "calling the FL shop"...was charged..the deposit...havent heard a thing and well you can guess...card number was exposed/sold and now fradulent charges on the account. Lesson learned..beware...and this is after a $400 tip for the trip....damn expensive fishing trip and lesson learned. Beware Will Robinson.

The captain, Wilbur and his assistant David were remarkable. Fun adventure. Caught a lot of fish, the cleaned them, packed them and we ate them right there at the restaurant.

Late pickup from the hotel in Cancun and traffic on the way to the adventure made me miss the starting time. Maroma Adventures offered other activities that I was not interested in, or reschedule the fishing trip at a later day which I couldn't do. In the end, no refund was issued and I ended up spending all afternoon driving back and forth. At least I was not charged extra for transportation.

First time deep sea fishing and it was a blast, and the Captain and the crew were very helpful and friendly. They interacted with all us. The water was absolutely beautiful. So if you are looking for a fishing trip book with them. Wonderful experience.

Great experience it was our first time deep sea fishing me and my wife. There was other couple with us total of 4 people, we cought 11 fish 8 barracudas a yellow snapper and a makrel , very cool experience highly recommended 👌 . Ocean was beautiful.

Destiny our tour guide was excellent but the tour was not 100t as described. Yes we traveled along the mangroves and had a slight view of the beach but we did not ride on the beach, nor did we ride through the jungle as the description said we would. We for a portion of the ride along the back of the complex and saw at times piles or rubbish and tired workers digging trenches. It was not the scenic tour we signed up for and not what I would have allocated 2 hours of my vacation plus transportation time for.

It was way too windy. We were all wrong on that boat. Out of six people, there are three who must have thrown up. They shouldn't have picked us up and postponed the exit. So we threw up instead of fishing. I was very unwell and waiting for us to be back. On the way back I got out of the boat and absolutely nobody asked me how it was going. I left the station alone. Besides, in addition to my payment of 2660 mxn they asked me another fee of 270 mxn on site. This trip was catastrophic the fishing could not take place, the staff fished a hunter fish so as not to go home empty-handed. I'm asking for a full refund. I ask for a full refund and especially not a voucher for another outing. Ronald Huber
