We confirm your exact pickup time via WhatsApp or phone call one day before your tour. Please be ready at the agreed time — we offer a 30-minute grace period in case of delays. Pickup and drop-off are available from any hotel, Airbnb, or public point in Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Cancun. For Costa Mujeres and Playa Mujeres, a small additional fee may apply. Our transportation is a comfortable private 7-seater vehicle, but we usually travel with a maximum of 4 guests plus your driver, to ensure extra space and comfort. This was a wonderful day trip. Our guide, Angel, was super gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t have to worry about a thing all day, and we learned a TON.
