We confirm your exact pickup time via WhatsApp or phone call one day before your tour. Please be ready at the agreed time — we offer a 30-minute grace period in case of delays. Pickup and drop-off are available from any hotel, Airbnb, or public point in Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Cancun. For Costa Mujeres and Playa Mujeres, a small additional fee may apply. Our transportation is a comfortable private 7-seater vehicle, but we usually travel with a maximum of 4 guests plus your driver, to ensure extra space and comfort. Amazing private tour!

We got to Chichen Itza early before it gets crowded. Oscar the guide is very knowledgeable and factual. The cenote is a beautiful open cenote. We visited a cave cenote on another tour, so it was awesome to experience this type of cenote too. The lunch is delicious, nice restaurant that is included in the price. We enjoyed every minute of the day. Oscar also took pictures of us through-out the day, and shared them for free with us at the end of the day. If you want a private professional tour and support the local businesses, choose this tour!

This was a wonderful day trip. Our guide, Angel, was super gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t have to worry about a thing all day, and we learned a TON. I would definitely recommend this— it made all the difference to have our own guide, and we were able to learn and see more than we would have in a huge group.
