    Worst nightmare

    BEWARE! False information given for the ferry trip! Meeting point was NOT the Sea angel and even booking time was not correct. We spent time and money to go sea angel, rode another taxi to Rassada pier, even there was no Sea angel counter, was Andaman at gate 3. Tried to call and even local agent from other companies tried to help us to call the number was given, didn't help much. Luckily even our booking was 1pm, there was ferry departing at 1.30pm so we made it but it was big stress especially for the family trip with young girl. They need to make a correct it either Sea angel or Viator. Seriously.

    There was a little confusion on the hotel pickup to get to the pier, but overall we were able to make it on a ferry to phi phi island.

    Really nice ferry ride. Food and drinks available and you are able to go outside on the decks. Tour company is well organised and safety conscious.
