Immediately upon exiting the baggage claim/terminal and entering the ground transportation area we were greeted by our transport people and were in an air conditioned van in 10 minutes for our private ride direct to our hotel. Efficient, professional and friendly.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company for round trip transfer service from Phuket Airport. When we arrived a representative was waiting with a sign with our nam just as described. Our hotel was an hour away from the airport and the driver was waiting at 4:20 a.m. exactly as we requested on the day that we left.

Very convenient and the van was comfortable. The price was reasonable since there were 5 of us. Traffic in Phuket is pretty bad but the driver got us to our destination as quickly as possible.

Our airport transfer from our hotel to the airport was excellent. We had the same driver as our day tour and again he was punctual, friendly and very helpful. Viator contracted through Phuket Goodwill tours for all our transportation needs and we were very satisfied with the total experience.

Easy process. Walked out of the airport, saw our name, and they brought the van over. They provided two children’s car seats for our two toddlers, as well. Highly recommend, especially for those that don’t want to bring a car seat to Phuket.
