I highly recommend hiring a RT driver in advance. Cuts all the guess work out of getting to your accommodations. They were on time both for my arrival and departure.
*fyi they take your picture so the driver knows who they are picking up on the return, would just help if they explained that instead of just randomly snapping your picture

They were easy to find after coming out of the arrival gate. They took a photo of us and sent it to the driver so he would recognise us. All up took 10 mins and we were on the road. The driver was fantastic.
He offered us bottled water each, loaded all our gear. 7 of us. Great trip. Thank you.

The driver was fine, but the car was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The Air Conditioner did not work well and the combination of those things made the trip unpleasant. When we arrived at the airport, my wife was feeling a bit car sick!

Instructions not very clear on where to meet at the airport unfortunately. Sent messages to both numbers listed and no one responded. After 15 minutes of walking around the arrivals area we found it.

Our driver was on time and assisted us with our bags. The ride was clean. I only wish he would have asked me what terminal because I completely forgot to inform the driver that it was a domestic flight. We were dropped off on the international side 😩. And I didn't realize it until the driver was long gone.

This was not even close to what was advertised. My partner and I arrived in Phuket and upon exiting saw a sign with my name on it (about the only thing that was as advertised). From there a lady told me to “stand over there” we waited in the heat for about 30 mins. At that point they kept telling us “5 mins” with no updates. I finally called and then someone rolled up in an unmarked vehicle that didn’t look like any of the vehicles advertised. The driver although nice had no clue where he was supposed to take us, and there was no water and cold towel provided even though it was advertised. The driver proceeds not to use any directions and took a variety of random route changes that started to make us feel like this was not a reputable company. Although we ultimately made it to our destination, the entire experience was extremely stressful and left us exhausted and anxious after almost 27 hours of travel. I would recommend spending a little extra and just getting a lux van or one of the other options. Quite frankly I’m not sure how this is even on Viator.

Our driver was amazing. He had to battle traffic for 1 1/2 hours from Phuket Airport to our Kata Beach hotel during rush hour! We are using them again for our return to Airport.

I would strongly recommend this private transfer service! They were very on top of it, messaging before to confirm our flight time and they were timely in picking us up as well as giving us directions on where to meet them outside of the airport. This company informed us our flight was cancelled (when the airline did not) and ensured that they were available to pick us up at our new arrival time. A bottle of water upon arrival was a great bonus! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

The people had a small sign up then the taxi was not available for 50 minutes to 1 and a half hours poor service I end up getting another taxi so I paid for the trip to Patong twice will never use this service again,buyer be ware.

We used Mega tours for our arrival to Phuket, that was amazing and the driver was fantastic. We then decided to use the same company for our brother for his departure from Phuket back home to Australia and his trip was also fantastic and he said his driver was great. We then booked for three of us for our departure back home to Oz, and our driver was fantastic, he even took us along a beautiful country bypass so that we wouldn’t miss our flight and we’re on time to the airport. all vehicles were absolutely spotless with anything passengers needed and the Aircon was great. All drivers were fantastic friendly and understanding. We highly recommend Mega Tours & will be using them every time we travel to Thailand. Thanks soooo much Mega Tours & all the Staff! 💕🙏🏼🙏🏼
