They did not include a pick up time when I booked. I thought they would reach out to me later through an email or Whatsapp. I followed the instructions on their confirmation email that said to go to getmypickup.com and enter the booking reference number they gave me on the confirmation they said to use but it kept saying "Transfer Not Found." I messaged them via the Viator app the night before to ask for the pick up time and did not get a response until after the supposed pickup time which they said was 4 hours before the flight leaves. If that was said in the confirmation email upon booking, I would have been fine with that. When they finally responded to me in the Viator app, it was after the pickup time had already passed. They gave me the same booking reference number to use but added "BR-" in front of it, something they left out in the instructions. That's really important, guys. I was already well on my way to the airport in a Grab rideshare by then. They claimed they called me and I didn't answer but I don't answer phone calls due to the high cost of phone calls in another country and I don't feel that that is uncommon. Additionally, I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and there was no communication stating that I would be receiving a phone call to confirm the pick up time. If they had communicated this, then I would have picked up the phone call. I requested a refund for their error and they refused but I'm not surprised because this felt like a scam. Good thing it was only $11. I met up with 7 other friends. I would have liked to recommend them but I'm so glad I didn't. That would have been embarrassing. I'm surprised Viator allows scams to remain on their site. Go with your instincts!

Tour guide very nice and gives great history, but the tour is too long. The restaurant food wasn’t great. I ordered SEAFOOD pad Thai and received 4 shrimp with tofu and lots of eggs. All stars for guide. Shorten the tour!

Although it was a "shared" transfer, I was the only passenger for both arrival and departure transfers. Only issue was having to phone for pickup time as this was not sent.

The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars they were on time and it was a seamless pick up and delivery is that they insisted on picking me up from my hotel 40 minutes from the airport 4 HOURS before my departure. The early pickup meant that I missed the hotel breakfast I paid for not refundable and arrived at the airport at 6:20 am for a 9:45 flight. Trust me - nobody wants to spend 3 hours at the Phuket Airport unnecessarily. In addition, I only got the information about that early pick up the night before and only because I called THEM to ask about it - I got no email, no phone call, no communication from the tour operator that wasn't initiated by me. In hindsight, I would have paid double the price to have had time to eat breakfast and take a taxi at a more reasonable time.

met at the airport, had nearly the full brand new minibus to my self, the following morning the rep arrived and organised the boat trips i wanted to go on. The visit to Simons Caberet they organised front row seats, That show was spectacular. Early pick up at 5.30am coming home was dead on time, have another trip to THAILAND COMING UP NEXT YEAR, THEY HAVE WON ME AS A FUTURE CUSTOMER.
