First, time was changed by the experience team from the booking that was done on Viator. Interfered with a previous experience time-frame. Food was outstanding! The staff/team was very friendly. No adherence to our group allergies. They were listed at time of booking, but no-one paid attention. Kept giving her drinks and food that she was allergic to. Did not re- confirm, ask, or inquiry about anyone with allergies. Very upsetting. Time for experience was adequate. Tour guide was soft-spoken, hard to hear over noise. Her spoken English skills needed to be more clear. Recommend tour guide have mini- microphone or speak louder. Enjoyed the vast array of spirit sampling. Would definitely do this tour experience again.
