We had a fantastic day. The boat ride was fantastic and all on time. We booked the train separately and had ample time to connect with our bus tour as well. The quokkas were very friendly. Highly recommend this tour.

This tour has some quick hop off/hop back on moments, and is a lovely way to see most of the island if you don't want to or can't bicycle or hike your way around.
Fiona was our lovely tour guide, very friendly and knowledgeable, and even took photos for us.
There are so many parts of the island to see, and if you have only one day, I would highly recommend this tour as a way to spend some of it.

This is the fastest nicest way to go, easy. Free parking, nice staff... great boat. Don't forget to rent bikes beforehand they sell out, there are hills so ebike is best!

A sensational day !! Some much to see,exceptional ocean views.So much historical information from Australian days gone by; historical buildings telling stories of what happened is this part of Australia. The Island has lovely walks, bike rides, tour guides taking you on bus rides talking about the multitude of things to see and do.A super day to see and do or simply relax, go safe swimming,snorkelling or enjoying the many beautiful beaches.

I was very upset with how things went down the morning of the tour. I did not have a car and therefore had to walk an hour to the meeting spot, which I was fine with. I gave myself enough time to arrive early and when I got there, there was another gentleman waiting for the shuttle. I told him I was going to run to the bathroom and to make sure the driver knew I was here.
Because there was construction going on at the hotel pick up and it wasn’t clear whether to meet in the front or the back it took me a while to get back to where I think the pick up was. No one was there when I got back, which was a couple minutes after the meet up time, so I called the company and they said the driver left without me and I would need to find my own ride to the ferry which then required me to pay out-of-pocket for an Uber.
On the ferry, I saw the gentleman that had also been waiting, and he told me he informed the driver that I was just in the bathroom and the driver did not care and still left without me. I’ve never had a tour just leave someone without calling them, especially Knowing that I was at the location and just had to run to the bathroom.
What made things worse is that instead of just giving me a partial refund or being apologetic, the tour operator argued with me over and over that I wasn’t there on time, even though I was there early and had told someone I was accounted for.
This was extremely unprofessional and upsetting and just shows that they do not care about their customers. The tour itself also was nothing exciting, so I would recommend just getting yourself to the ferry and paying for a ticket and doing your own thing on rottenest.

It’s a unique island. The 90 min bus tour on the island made it special. I wish I had of brought my bathing suit and towel. Pls note, the Viator Website did NOT allow us to set up a pickup point near our hotel. However, we were able to call the tour operator directly to make the necessary arrangements.

Pick up was great, on time. Very easy to pick up tickets, board ferry . Whales put on an amazing display on way over! So easy to find bus etc. As showery & windy didn't get off bus much but still great to see. So many quokkas, near bakery. Rough boat trip back. Pick up driver drive very fast!

We had a wonderful day at Rottnest Island, from the pick up to the drop off, everything was wonderful. Our tour guide Glenn was amazing. Very informative and funny. The ferry ride was smooth and everyone we dealt with was super helpful. Highly recommend.

Great day out. The bus tour around the island was very informative. The kids had a great day out also is adults. I would def recommend the tour. In the ferry we also some whales immigration it was a fantastic day out.

What an amazing experience!! Mick our bus tour guide was a ripper and extremely knowledgeable also funny.
I would highly recommend this tour rather than biking around the island. Or do both 🤣.
You get to see all of the Island and bonus commentary/history of the island.

This was a great trip. We were two families, the fast Rottnest ferries made our trip fantastic. The ferry was slowed down for the whale watching. The sailor ensured that all the passengers were safe and guided when whales were spotted. Kids thoroughly enjoyed whale watching.
Ferry was on time and no delay. The guided bus tour was worth taking as the bus driver gave detailed information for every spot.
I highly recommend trips for Rottnest via viator.com

We had to sit in the back of the bus and couldn’t hear any of the commentary over the engine noise coming from the back . Also we had been of the understanding that we were getting a meal as my GF meal was added and a Vegan meal for my sister in law . We feel like we had been put on the wrong tour . Spoke to the driver she didn’t realise the sound factor in the bus said it wasn’t the normal bus she said she would report it to the bus company . Had also been sent numerous emails from Viator asking for pick up details when I had already contacted the company telling of our plans to meet at the boat harbour . We were somewhat disappointed at the whole process .

Great day, good weather. Guide interesting. Wonderful to see the Qokkas with their young. Disappointed in lunch provided, catering mainly for our Asian Tourists, help yourself buffet with limited choice.
