Loved our driver Francisco. Would have been 5 star but we had to wait 1/2 hour for the private water taxi.

Worth the money to have door to door service from the cruise port to the hotel in Venice as had several large heavy bags. Professional and courteous service!

Our auto driver was wonderful and very attentive. He was distressed by the lack of water taxi driver at the port that was to take us to our hotel. Since the driver had been confirmed a good 20 minutes before our arrival, I was disappointed that the driver was not there on time, and another taxi driver had to be called into service for us after a 45 minute delay.

They did everything on time and made travel so easy!! They moved the luggage, helped us through ticketing and got us to security. Great help for people not knowing their way around.

Our driver was on time and met us at the cruise port. The car was very comfortable and our driver was courteous. He drove us about 1 hour to where we could get out boat to the hotel. The driver called ahead and out boat was there for us and we were taken directly to our hotel.

Our car driver drove way to fast, and she past several cars in very thick fog. She was within 2 feet of the bumper in front of us. She was translating on a translator app while driving. We were asked to be ready an hour earlier, and we were ready. We feel like it was only to convenience the company. We were charged over $500 for a 30 minute car ride and a 10 minute water taxi ride. We later found out that you can get the same thing for much less and feel safer.

The driver picked us promptly at the Chioggia cruise ship port. He drove us to Venice, near the Piazzale Roma, and transferred us to our private water taxi. The taxi then delivered us to the front door of our hotel, which was on a canal in Venice. Super easy and convenient.
