Better than a cruise excursion, personalized, safe, and private

Since our cruise ship didn’t offer many excursions here, we were so happy to fine Genius! We can’t recommend her enough. She gave us a personal tour of Ocho Rios and the surrounding area and told us each areas history along the way. She even lined us up with the best guides at every stop. You are even able to customize your time and add on additional stops and interests if time allows. We felt 100% safe the whole time and she was very protective of our time. You are able to store your belongings safely with her in her vehicle while you enjoy each destination. We will absolutely use her again if we’re luckily enough to return to Jamaica some day. Thanks Genius for a wonderful and safe tour!!

This tour is owned and operated by Genius. We started our tour at 9AM and ended by 1PM. Genius picked up my husband and I at our hotel in a private coach with WiFi. From the hotel, we drove 30 minutes to the horseback riding station. I loved the fact that my husband and I were the only ones on the excursion. We rode the horses around town and in the water (by our own) for about one hour. Chuckee, my horse, was well trained. Our guide took many pictures of us. We then drove about 30 minutes to Blue Hole. Our guide, Dave, was amazing. He was patient with me as I was scared to jump off the ropes (yet I did it) while he took pictures and videos of us with our own phones. After Blue Hole, Genius drove us to town where we shopped for a little bit. Overall, the excursion was fun. Note: make sure to bring money to tip everyone (tour guides for horse back riding, Blue Hole, and shuttle operator).
