This was a delightful experience. A lot of information about Oaxacan cuisine, ingredients and techniques but also great atmosphere and welcoming environment. You will feel as a guest at chef Adhey's home and have a lot of fun. Highly recommended!

Chef Adhey explains, then has the guests chop, saute, season the filling and sauces for 6 dishes. You then combine the parts and get to eat everything. Very fun. Very nice people. Lots of time for questions. Nice pick up and drop off.

if this is the only excursion you book you will have experienced the best!
the chef, her husband and children (who only greeted you warmly) are the most upbeat, wonderful people to meet. the food was amazing, better than most restaurants and the experience truly authentic and enjoyable.

One of the best “tours “ ever. Adhey is a very personable and skilled chef, and runs a very well organized, educational and scrumptious three- hour dinner experience that is both culturally and culinarily enriching. Her equally charming husband and kids help with service. Don’t hesitate to book this! She is an experienced professional chef who specializes in using her grandma’s classic recipes.
