My wife often ribs me for booking airport transfers when cabs and Ubers are so ubiquitous. But with two little kids and the excess luggage and strollers in a new city we don't know, I always think it's worth looking into. This experience may have sold her on the concept for good. The company communicated clearly via text and WhatsApp and even alerted us to protests that made meeting up a little bit complicated. They gave us clear instructions to navigate the disruption, and our driver met us right at the access point and walked us to the van a short distance away. The van was clean and air conditioned and he even had snacks and cold drinks waiting for us - much appreciated on a very humid day moving two little kids and luggage. Would definitely use them again.
