The tour was excellent. Our guide Christoph was very good. He took the time to show us parts of the old city as well as the Christmas market. He gave us recommendations as well . On the whole a great tour.

Best Christmas market. Tomas was wonderful. Lots of history, knowledge and humor. He even got a reservation for us at a great restaurant.

Our guide was absolutely terrible. He didn’t tell us anything about the Christmas markets or Christmas traditions or really anything at all. He seemed focused mostly on taking us to drink a beer with him (which we paid for). I had to ask to end the tour early because it was so bad.

The guide followed the itinerary as per the tour you booked and had also explained about the christmas tradition. Had we been informed in advance of any specific preferences, we would have been more than happy to accommodate them within your budget. However, he informed us that the group expressed an interest in beer tasting during the tour. While mulled wine is a key part of Christmas tradition, however In an effort to accommodate this request, he adjusted the itinerary to include it.

We were running late due to travel
Delays and Thomas was able to accommodate us still. He showed us all the markets and we had Nuremberg Sausage, mulled wine, and gingerbread. He showed us some of the traditional Germany gifts and we ended up going back the next day to purchase gifts. He recommended a few places to eat and each were very good, he even got us in to one if his favorite restaurants right off the market. Thomas was great and made our stay in Nuremberg memorable.

We wanted something halfway between a tour of the markets and the medieval tour of the city, and Thomas (Tom) delivered a perfect combination! Next time we're in Nuremberg, we're doing another tour with him!
