With all extra help and detailed services, such as storytelling, senses of humors, umbrella temporary usages, interactions with everyone with good perspectives, sophisticated English and so on, he made all of us happy and satisfied. Operators Goof Ups

1. Our apartment was enroute the Cannes still operator insisted we travel to Nice to meet Sabina else cancel the trip wonder why? 2. We reached Port Grimaud at 1.30 and were scheduled to depart at 2.30 PM all we asked was an extension of 15 Minutes and were charged 90 Euros as a group for the same. Wonder how can one see the place and also have lunch in 1 Hr

Winding roads, if seated in back may cause nausea. Down pour of rain most of trip, would have been nice to cancel even if no refund. Felt stuck

Saint Paul de Vence was spectacular and a must see. There were more people on our tour than mentioned in the description and a miscommunication on pick up. Cecil our guide didn’t offer much more than a taxi ride. Playing her radio and taking personal phone calls on route. Very different than previous tour guide we had the day prior.

My name is actually Michael Bernarsky. Our Wednesday tour was canceled because tour guide was ill. I was on my tour on Thursday September 26 with our guide David. He was very courteous, helpful & knowledgeable of the history and culture. He made it a wonderful experience even though it was raining all day.

False advertising no guide just a drive around

St Paul de Vence was only highlight of the trip. The advertisement for this activity was for guided tour. There was no guide just a nice driver so no tour. False advertisement.

If it was possible to rate this tour & guide on minus I would have done that . Guide did not speak English but he was good in Russian which did not help. In addition to this he was totally neglecting the passengers. We basically had a silent driver that had absolutely no interest whatsoever to give us the slightest information about the sites. This is to compare with a tour we made two days earlier with same company, guides name was Reuben and he spent the whole tour talking explaining and being adorable.

St. Paul de vence town is charming & very beautiful. Overall it was okay. It started around 2:50 PM instead of 1:30 scheduled time so it ended around 8 PM as we had appointment at 7:30 which had to be rescheduled. Luckily we were only 4 of us so it was comfortable in the van.

Great way to spend half-day touring. Good guide who was also the driver. Exciting places to visit with very different vibes from one another. On-time pick up from the hotel. Clean car with good music playing during the drive. All in all, good experience.

We expected a historical synopsis on this long drive but our guide did not communicate well. We would have preferred someone who spoke better English. It was not an enjoyable experience. All we got is there’s Old Town, there’s the back of old town. You can go here and walk around for 45 minutes, you can go there for 20 minutes. Here’s Cannes, here’s some big boats. Not at all what we expected. All we really had was a driver for $250.00.

Worst experience of my life

HORRIBLE tour company Iv ever experienced in my life. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. FRAUD COMPANY! They will book and take your money and not give you the service. Very unprofessional, no communication, didn’t give me the tour I paid for. They happily take your money and promise you a great tour and my driver shows up and say he will take me to Monaco, which I didn’t sign up for. Me and my husband and 2 small kids were supposed to take this Cannes tour and they didn’t pick us up on time, driver was 45 mins later, then the owner tells the driver to leave us and not take us on our promised tour. The owner tells the driver to take a UNAUTHORIZED PHOTO OF ME. I did not give permission to take my photo. Completely fraud company doing some weird illegal things. They charged me $300 and no refund, no tour, took photos of me without asking. Made us wait for 1 hour for a driver that doesn’t even know any English. This company is a nightmare, don’t make my mistake and trust these people.

Nothing, the operator is 100% unreliable. They never arranged the trip and did not cancel it either. The pick-up for the trip never arrived. Additionally, the French Office did not reply to our calls or messages.

Horrible, Tour Guide - No Knowledge

Saint Paul de vence was great - but were expecting a knowledgeable tour guide. The tour guide we had was more interested in talking about his country Georgia than he was about the places he was taking us to themselves. He only lived in Nice for one year and throughout the trip - told us how much he disliked Nice and couldn't to wait to move to Georgia. He truly knew nothing of the places he took us to and was basically an uber driver. We wanted to find out more about the places we were visiting and gain some insight into these magical places. If this is an example of how Viator operates, we will never take a tour with this service again.

The worst experience I ever had using Viator all over Europe. Our tour was moved from 8:30am to 2pm. When the driver came, we learned we were squeezed into a private ride with no tour or a guide booked by another family. Needless to say, nobody was happy.my 70 year old husband with bad knees was shuffed into the third row of an SUV meant to transport kids. It was a 2 row SUV vehicle not meant to transport 6 adults. . The driver barely skips any English and didn’t understand anything we were saying. He said we will be back by 5pm but we didn’t get back until 7:30pm. The driver just delivered us to a spot and told us when to come back. He was driving unsafely, almost causing an accident a few times, cussed at other drivers, and was plain unprofessional. Honestly, I hope customer service will offer us a refund or partial compensation. This was not the experience we paid for!

Turned up early (not at the time scheduled). Commentary was almost non existent and not directly to all. Time spent at locations not as per itinerary and all very rushed. The driver was polite and competent but not a guide, Disappointing on the whole. Will try other operators in future.

It was a private taxi from one location to another, NOT A TOUR. Very little information provided by the "Tour Guide" and we had approx 20 to 50 minutes of free time in each location. If that's what you are looking for, then this is perfect. If you want to see, learn, explore, take pictures, I strongly suggest you find another tour.

The back seat of the packed minivan in was so uncomfortable my partner developed back problems. No refund.

How uncomfortable the tour's packed minivan was in the far back seat. We left the tour minutes after departing because of this, but Viator refused to refund. I will not use Viator again.

Don't trust French Riviera Sightseeing

We booked this tour through Viator and received a confirmation for 8:30 am, hotel pickup. We waited for half an hour, then called the given number. A woman from French Riviera Sightseeing answered, said she was the tour operator, and that the tour would be at 2 pm. I pointed out that our confirmation said 8:30 and she said she would call Viator and then call me back. She never called, or answered when I called her, and later I got an email from Viator saying that I had requested a cancellation and refund, which I did not. Totally unprofessional!
