We recently did this tour on a trip to Nice. Jean-Baptiste ("JB") was very friendly and added interesting tidbits about the area. He even served local favorite pissaladiere and had various beverages available. Highly recommend, worth the price! P.S. Give yourself enough time to locate the boat in the marina and arrive early. The instructions provided were straightforward, but there is no signage so it was still a bit difficult to find.

What an absolutely amazing evening! It was very easy to find the meeting point, our guides were so much fun, and it was a gorgeous sunset! I chose not to swim and enjoy wine and a snack. They had pissaladiere, which was very tasty! The boat ride was a mix of calm and slow, and fast and fun! We even saw a dolphin!

Do not book this tour ! It’s a scam! Beware !! Don’t waste your money ! You can see in the reviews he’s done this before. You will get incorrect information about start time and where to meet. He will then ignore you and won’t offer to reschedule. We took a $35 Uber and sat waiting for 30 mins until we gave up. Still trying to get my money back but he’s refusing.

The meeting point and start time were communicated to you in advance, both at the time of booking and via a reminder SMS that I sent the morning of the excursion. I even have a record of this communication, which I’m happy to share with you. Unfortunately, since this was a shared excursion with other guests who arrived on time, we could not delay the departure to accommodate your late arrival. This is a policy we have in place to ensure fairness to all participants. We always strive to offer the best experience for everyone involved, and it would not have been right to shorten the tour for those who were punctual. Best regards,

If I could give the tour operator and this company 0 stars I would, the tour operator displays false information on the event page and will leave without you on the tour. He will lie to prevent you from getting your money back too. This is a FRAUD. DO NOT BOOK.

Hello Leah Hensley, Yeah, I know who you are and I am well aware of the incident that occurred on July 6th. As stated in the activity description, all passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before the excursion begins to receive a safety briefing. Each morning, we send a reminder to all our passengers to reinforce this rule, even though we are not obligated to do so. You read this message on WhatsApp at 08:12, which confirms that you were fully aware of the meeting time (18:45) for the excursion. At 18:45, when you had not arrived, we called you. You responded that you did not care and that you would arrive at 19:15. I politely explained that this was not possible as 19:15 was the departure time, not the meeting time. For obvious safety reasons, it was essential for you to be present at the specified time for the briefing. It is also important to note that you booked a shared excursion. The other passengers should not have their experience shortened due to a delay you had been adequately informed about. Additionally, despite the circumstances, you were refunded for this excursion. Your claims are not accurate, as you were clearly informed and even received a refund.

This was a highlight of our trip! Our boat driver Leo was knowledgeable and told us a lot of interesting facts about the Nice coastline. He knew great spots for sunset pictures and gave us a lot of time to swim around and use the snorkel equipment. We had a fantastic time!

The crew were very kind and relaxed. We enjoyed speeding around, enjoying the scenery. Our trip was filled with newly weds, and we all enjoyed talking and telling stories. We drank, we swam, we had a great time. It was beautiful and romantic. Would highly recommend this evening on the water!

A fun tour! Just like the previous reviews stated - you get to go fast for ten minutes which is awesome (try to sit as close to the front as possible for max enjoyment!) then a swim/snorkel opportunity with beverages (wine and water) and a homemade local specialty to snack on (yum!). We had amazing views and learned some of the surrounding area, big homes, etc in the mountains. A great way to spend a few hours.

Absolutely wonderful boat excursion. If you’re considering booking — definitely do it! Staff was friendly, fun, and accommodating. Perfect amount of time spent admiring the scenery in multiple stops on the sunset tour. Great value for the price (a steal in my opinion). They took us to a nice swimming spot at sunset where we enjoyed some wine and homemade apéritifs. This company is family-owned and you can tell they put lots of love into giving you a great experience on the French Riviera.

Wonderful and fun sunset cruise. Fun group running the operation. The snack was delicious and they poured several different types of wines and had non-alcoholic beverages too. I would highly recommend this trip. Great way to see Nice!!

Really Fun Excursion - Don't Hesitate to Book!

This was such a great excursion! The group is small - you can see from the first pic the boat holds 12 people, which is always nice (so as to not feel like part of a cattle call). The guide communicates with you ahead of time by confirming the meeting time and location. Ours (J.B.) pointed out buildings/points of interest in the harbor on our way out, then "warned" us he was going to drive the boat fast for about 10 minutes. So much fun! You see the Saint Jean Cap Ferrat lighthouse and other buildings, before settling in the harbor in front of Villefrenche-sur-Mer for about 45 minutes to enjoy wine and a local delicacy. Guests are given the opportunity (and encouraged!) to swim. The guide provides snorkel masks and swim noodles. Then, another fast ride back towards harbor, with a stop for pictures with the sunset in the background.
