We had a lovely lunch on Noel’s porch with a beautiful view. Noel was very professional and relaxed. Our family of 4 stayed busy with the preparation under Noel’s guidance and instruction. Noel provided fresh ingredients and prepared a menu with Nice specialties. Noel was very accommodating and kind with a last minute dietary request. This was one of the highlights of our trip and would recommend to anyone coming to Nice!

Cooking with Chef Noel in Vence, France

My family of four (my husband, 2 adult children of 26 and 29 and me) loved preparing our dinner with Chef Noel at his home. Not only was it fun to learn the cooking techniques with Chef Noel, my entire family enjoyed visiting with him as we prepped. At the end, we savored the cold melon soup with chickpea frites, ratatouille topped with chicken sous vide stuffed with lemon confit and basil, handmade gnocchi, and raspberry macaroons with dark chocolate ganache. It was a memorable experience that was a highlight of our time in Nice. 5+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

This was an incredible experience all around! Chef Noel welcomed us all into his own with open arms. There was 11 of us, including one vegetarian and seven children, and he was beyond kind and welcoming to all. He guided us through every step and made sure everyone knew their roles. It was fun, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone. Despite our lack of experience, our meal was delicious. Thanks to his guidance. This is something we will never forget as a family! Thank you, Chef Noel!

It was so incredible, Noel is so talented, very fun, and created a very enjoyable experience for us. I bought this experience for my 2 best friends honeymoon, it was hosted at Noel’s backyard which is beautiful and we all cooked together cooking authentic French cuisine. Noel was an amazing host, taught us a lot, was so fun and made the energy so great. Truly such a special experience.

It was a fun morning of cooking on Noel’s patio with a lovely view. The lunch we prepared was amazing! Glad it was a very nice day or it would not have been such a good experience for our party of 10 adults.

A warm and welcoming experience

I was traveling to Nice with my husband and another couple. We were able to get an Uber from Old Town there and back. It was a warm and educational experience. We each got to take part in preparing a three course meal that included artichokes, chicken, macaroons, a pastry and other French foods. Noel was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him in his home. The views were also spectacular.

Chef Noel was delightful. We cooked a lovely meal together. Our two boys 10 and 12 were easily incorporated into the day. We learned how to make ratatouille and Panisse (chickpea fries). He has a lovely view and it was a wonderful and memorable experience. ❤️

Noel was very hospitable and welcomed us into his cozy apartment. He was very kind with his instruction. We prepared 6 dishes from scratch, including melon soup, stuffed Brie, Ratatouille, veal, gnocchi and lemon crème for dessert. It was all delicious—the best meal we have eaten during our stay in France! It lasted about 4 hours in total. One of our favorite things on the trip—highly recommend it!

This was an amazing experience! Noel’s home is stunningly beautiful. The views from the terrace are postcard worthy. Noel was an excellent teacher and we had a chance to get our hands on everything. The menu was ready for us on arrival and we got straight to work! He provided coffee and delicious wine as well. I cannot recommend this experience enough. Truly one of a kind and unforgettable!
