Billie was kind, accommodating, and an excellent tour guide. I had accidentally provided the wrong address for pickup, and Billie was extremely understanding and gracious. She was able to reconfigure the tour a bit and took extra time for us to get the full experience. I am extremely grateful for her thoughtfulness. The tour was carefully curated but still with adequate independent time. Five stars. Enchante!

I will never use Viator again!! You should be better informed on when ships arrive and when passengers can disembark. You wanted us to meet the guide before we were even allowed to disembark. We were in the 1st group allowed to disembark that were not on a ship excursion. You left without us!!!

We left after waiting for you 30 minutes after the pick up time and you were not able to update your situation by phone or email. You have booked a shared tour , not a private tour, other passenger were ready to leave and on time . Moreover I offered 3 solutions that you did not take. You comment is not fair. Steph

Nice sightseeing tour. We were happy being picked up from the hôtel and enjoyed to visit Cannes Antibes and St Paul de Vence. Panoramas were amazing.And Walking time threw old towns was so interesting.
