Cherie, our guide, was excellent! She knows the area well and told us many stories about Niagara Falls and surrounding areas. Very knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend going to Goat Island early, before dark, to get the best view of the area, then allow Cherie to give you a history lesson from the past. We were staying in Canada and had no trouble traveling between borders. Bring water and snacks, as everything closes early on Goat Island, even the bathrooms, so go before the tour, if needed.

Tour guide had a good spot to watch fireworks but you can do that on your own. No new stories shared.

Darin was a fantastic guide. It was cool hearing local history about daredevils and mobsters in addition to seeing the Falls lit up at night and watching the fireworks.

No one showed up for the tour so we didn’t get to go we paid for it and for going back to USA and back to Canada to go. The tour guide would not respond

Our guide John was very nice. Lots of Mayhiem by the Niagara Falls. But wished had more of the mobster information. Fire works were awesome & lights were amazing.

Our guide Howard was absolutely amazing. He was personable, warm and inviting. He connected with everyone on the tour and even though it was pouring rain he gave a wonderful tour and even took our pictures in the best spots. Our son is 14 and walked away from it saying it was awesome and one of the best things we did...even with the rain. ☺️

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had some great mobster stories. Unfortunately we had rain that night so for myself it was a little harder getting around but our guide (Steve I think) was very compassionate about it.

Tour guide Joe smelled like beer and sweat. He alternated between talking quietly and mumbling to himself. After about 20 minutes, I gave up trying to hear anything he said and just tried to stay upwind of him. As far as the ‘Mobsters and Mayhem’ theme, Joe largely ignored that and spent most of the time talking about his house and Trump & Biden.

Cherie was our guide and she is phenomenal. Full of knowledge and stories. She took us to her favorite spot to see the fireworks. Encouraged us to stay as long as we wanted to see the falls illuminated. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

It's worth the money. Even if you visit the falls during the day, I would still recommend doing this night tour. The tour guid, Peter, was very knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. Even though my 5 and 6 year old were running around, he still kept the tour alive and kept them immersed with interest. If you love fun facts, history, and site seeing, I would book this tour.

Definitely park at state park. Our hotel told us that the trolley would bring us right to cave of winds, it didn't, had to walk over a mile to get there.

Stories about mobsters stealing gold from the Canadian side was cool and the fact that they will ban you from Canada after 3 times crossing into their water.

nobody showed up to give the tour like they was supposed to so we stood in the freezing cold for an hour for no reason.

I am so sorry that you did not get to do the tour! I would love to hear more about how this happened. I checked back on all of our illumination tours this year and there has never been a tour that the guide missed and our guides get to the check in site 15 minutes before the tour and wait until at least 10 minutes after the tour start time in case some one is late. Please reach out to us if there is any way we can get to the bottom of this, we will. Thank you!

First of all- Nick was so informative and presented the experience that kept you wanting to hear more. He has great knowledge. He did a walking tour, got all our passes for the different tours then told us how to make the most efficiency of our time. It flowed so well. See Niagara Falls for the first time was awesome! This was a fantastic way to see everything and economical as well. Mostly what you want to do is SEE the falls. This tour guide gives you the overview and then turns you loose to just do what you want. You get the "lay of the land" so to speak and then have passes to ride all over the park on the trolly - and if the lines are long, get fast-tracked in! Very nice guide, personable, good story-teller but not overly long!
