Chris was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining- super funny! He had great suggestions on places to eat and visit as well. We originally booked this tour for the boat cruise to the falls, but Chris notified us the day before to advise that the cruises were not yet open for the season due to ice in the water but provided us with the two experiences that would replace the boat ride. Though we were initially disappointed that we weren’t doing the boat ride on the falls, the butterfly conservatory was beautiful and uplifting - being surrounded by all kinds of beautiful butterflies- and we really enjoyed the Niagara Takes Flight simulated ride. It was a great day and tour of the area.

What an incredible day! This small-group Niagara Falls tour was super organized and hit all the best spots — the boat cruise, Journey Behind the Falls, and the Skylon Tower were all unforgettable. Our guide kept things fun and easygoing while sharing tons of cool facts about the area. I really appreciated not having to worry about tickets or parking — everything was taken care of. The maple syrup tasting at the end was such a nice local touch. Totally worth it and would recommend to anyone visiting the Falls!

Absolutely amazing experience! My small group tour of Niagara Falls was the perfect way to see everything without feeling rushed or crowded. The guide was super friendly and knowledgeable, and I got to skip a lot of lines which was awesome. The Skylon Tower view was breathtaking, and the boat cruise brought us right up close to the Falls — unforgettable! The maple syrup tasting at the end was such a sweet touch (literally). This tour was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable, and I loved that it was a small group — it made everything feel personal and relaxed. We hit all the major highlights: the Skylon Tower gave amazing panoramic views, the Niagara City Cruises boat ride was thrilling (and yes, we got delightfully soaked!), and Journey Behind the Falls let us see the power of the water up close.
The maple syrup tasting at the end was such a fun Canadian touch — I even brought a bottle home. Everything was well-organized, we never felt rushed, and we got to see Niagara Falls from every possible angle. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting the full experience without the crowds!

Great experience with Chris as he is very knowledgeable about Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. We enjoyed all of the stops, but the boat ride into the falls was our favorite part. Journey Behind the Falls was amazing and very informative about the tunnels. The Floral Clock was very colorful and in pristine condition. The maple tasting was a special treat. We would highly recommend Chris if you want a personalized tour from a knowledgeable and experienced guide who goes above and beyond.

This was a great tour. The tour guide was timely picking us up with a bottle of water waiting for us. At each event everything ran very smoothly and we had plenty of time to take everything in. The tour guide was very professional and friendly. We learned a lot from him about the local area. We enjoyed every minute of the tour. It was a great experience.

My wife and I were drawn to this tour because of the 'small group ' concept. Chris, our tour guide, was pleasant, informative; he gave us so many ideas on places to eat, shop, etc. The tour itself was comfortable (no large group trying to follow a guide and hear what they are saying, etc), Chris answered every question with a smile, my wife and I are planning another trip here, and will be booking this tour again. Definitely recommend!!

Chris was very informative and knowledgeable about the history of the falls. He was funny and made the experience great and memorable. We didn't know that is was going to be a private tour and it turned out it was just our family with Chris, which was great! It was so much more persoanable. He gave us our tickets and gave us our space and time at each location and would check to make sure we were good to go before we left each location. I would definitely have Chris be my guide again! He was awesome!!

Chris was amazing. Very knowledgeable tour operator and personable. Gave us plenty of time to enjoy the sites and as far as bang for buck, you can’t beat. He picked us up from our hotel and we did maybe 4-5 different experiences and dropped us off back at hotel. He shared a lot of history about the falls We all tipped him for an excellent job done. Definitely would recommend.

I'm giving a 4-star rating because I was expecting to be picked-up by a larger vehicle not the smaller SUV that arrived. Admittedly, this expectation was my problem, not the tour company's issue. The SUV was spotlessly clean and a newer model vehicle, so the size didn't really matter. The tour itself and the guide were exceptional and deserving of a 5-star rating. I'm just really picky.
