Traveled to and from the resort with Viator and both experiences were great. Very friendly drivers and nice clean vehicles. Donni brought us back to the airport and she answered all of the questions we had about the Bahamas and gave us some suggestions for when we return in the future.

Trevor was our driver for round-trip transportation between the airport and the Atlantis resort. He was punctual and friendly. His car was spotless, and there was plenty of bottled water available. He offered to take us to a grocery store on the way to the hotel, but we ultimately decided against it as we weren't sure if our room would be ready upon our arrival (we had an early flight). I felt very safe in Trevor's car and would absolutely book transportation with him again!

Never again!!! This was horrid.. Driver apparently was at airport however when we came through the was in the restroom.
I asked many other drivers if they knew where my driver was.. they answered he always comes late.. I continued to wait. I sparatically walked over to all drivers looking for Name. No success. I then saw a driver appear I isn't see. I asked who he was.. he has no sign .. standing there.. it was my driver..
when he picked up to bring us back to airport. Picked up in a minivan. There was 7 of us with luggage..
I would never use again!

The reservation made was for a round-trip Minivan for 6 passengers which is our max passenger count.
You arrived with 7 people and asked us to accommodate you. 7 people with luggage for a minivan.
Your flight arrived earlier than the time you provided on your reservation which resulted in a short wait period.
Prepaid reservations are booked according to the time provided by the client.
The driver assigned to your pick-up arrived at the airport shortly after you exited the airport and could not have been in the restroom as stated.
There was no communication from your party that you would be arriving early and requesting a time change. He was on time for your original booking request.
You tipped the driver when he dropped you at your hotel after picking you up from the airport.
Based on our fleet inventory and bookings, your group was assigned a complimentary upgrade to an SUV for your arrival. This is not what you booked or paid for. You booked a minivan.
When the driver arrived to return you to the airport, you were upset because he didn't come in the SUV. He collected you in the car you booked - a minivan. You even asked where the SUV was.
When he came to pick you up, he patiently waited for 20 minutes for your party because you were discussing whether the entire party would go back to the airport because a part of your traveling party's departure flight was delayed.
The reputation Platinum Limo has at the airport and with our clients is flawless. Everyone knows excellent service is what we deliver.
The challenges with your transportation occurred because:
1. You booked 6 passengers and arrived with 7.
2. Your flight arrived ahead of schedule.
3. You wanted a complimentary upgrade for your departure even though you booked a minivan.
We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of service and did our best to accommodate your party.
We are uncertain as to what your intentions are with this review but we are confident that we provided a high level of service to you and your party.

My daughter had to travel a lone after missing a connecting flight.

My driver Trevor was amazing. He was on time, he met me at the door, the vehicle was clean and gave a luxury feeling, he drove me pass some local gems here on the island before taking me to my hotel, and he was extremely courteous and well dressed. Highly recommend.

Trevor was great, friendly, helpful and more than on time. We were earlier than I had requested, having cleared customs much faster than I thought we would and Trevor was there waiting for us outside the terminal. Trevor gave us a ride to and from the airport and we used his service (he made sure another driver was there for us) for a ride to one of our tours. The prices are extremely fair and the vehicles were clean, very comfortable and well maintained. I would highly recommend this service.
