Totally Awesomeness , We Enjoyed the ride it was Surprising Amazing! Very clean, Just Love the whole experience!
Great service . Drivers were both great ! Just be aware of a 75 dollar charge if your flight is delayed . We are use to other driving places that watch your flight and contact us and no fees for flights we can not control . Other wise , we would use them again for sure .

So far the ride was excellent , the limousine was clean and a great experience. My grandchildren loved it the most.

We weren't greeted with a sign - but this could be because I missed it- however the limo that picked us up was a banana colored YELLOW. Can't even male this up. We got dropped off in a yellow lemon banana car for a lot of money. If you don't want a yellow banana picking you up, choose another service.

Thank you for bring this to our attention. We truly regret that your experience was not as expected. but for clarity we do not offer YELLOW limousine in our fleet but there are locals with simular names which can make confusion. Be sure to contact us directly if you have any future inquires.
Great way to get the 6 of us with luggage to the hotel from the airport and back again.
It was only slightly more than 6 of us getting a shared bus but travelled in a lot more luxury and style.
The driver was fantastic and couldn’t fault anything

We purchased a round trip limo service from and to the airport. The limo that picked us up from the airport was very old and kind of beat up, but the driver was nice. When I called to confirm that the driver would arrive on time to take us back to the airport I was told that the limo they were going to send had mechanical issues and they were sending a car, I asked if I would receive a refund because that's not what I agreed to or paid for, they said I needed to contact Viator for a refund, so when I contacted Viator they said they needed to contact the limo co. and had all 3 of us on the phone, the Limo co. representative Sophia, basically told me I should have refused the ride to the airport, and since I road in the car to the airport they fulfilled their part of the agreement and I wouldn't receive a refund. I told her that I asked for a refund as soon as I was told I wouldn't get the limo I requested and was told to contact Viator...to make a long story short, I had to argue with the Nassau Limousine services agent to get my refund, I didn't want to have to pay for what I didn't order.
I would not recommend this company because their vehicles are old and in poor condition and obviously not reliable.
The limo that picked us up at the airport to take us to our hotel was totally ghetto. The interior was literally falling apart and this vehicle should have been junked a decade ago. On the other hand, the return limo was great and as expected. So a totally mixed bag.
Prompt, friendly courteous service both from airport to hotel and then return hotel to airport. We were a party of six, including children, traveling during the Thanksgiving holiday. Highly recommend this company.
Service was great the only thing I will say is due to the fact that our flight was delayed and then it took an hour to get through customs we were not picked up in the limo that we ordered we were told that we were late so we had an SUV .......

Limo driver nice... limo were clean and on time every time we need.
The limo was terrible,, ripped seats, no stereo, just a little portable one on top of the back seat , window would not go down, to take pics, he said to use the other one, no beverages offered, unlike the different company we rented from in 2015, was NOT worth the money we paid.
We used Viator for limo service to and from the airport in Nassau the Bahamas. The driver was courteous and very informative. I would highly recommend Viator and would definitely use Viator again if I visit the Bahamas in the future.
The ride from the airport to our hotel was just ok. The car was warm from sitting and waiting for us because our flight was delayed. We found our car driver easily. The ride back to the airport was much better. Our driver took her time because again our flight was delayed. The A/C was much better. The only thing I wish they offered was bottled water. For the length of ride and the Bahamas heat, we should've been offered a drink for the price we paid.

The staff were very efficient and were on time. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local attractions and where we should go. Made the exit from the airport very easy.
Everything as expected. Driver was on time and courteous. Car was clean, air conditioning on, had movies for the kids. Good experience overall.
It was rejuvenating to exit a crowded arrivals area of the airport to see a lovely with a big smile holding a card with my name. She was most helpful with the luggage and as an attached photo will show, our teen nephew was enthralled with "the coolest limo i've ever seen. I could live in here".
Well worth the money. Family was blown away by the surprise limo after our long haul. Our driver graciously received us, gave us a splendidly informative drive and even took us to a liquor store (we stocked up on booze) before driving us to the hotel. I scored huge points with the family!
Driver was waiting for us at the airport, friendly and courteous. Beautiful limo. Back right as promised on our day of departure, again, friendly and courteous. Well worth it and our daughter's felt like movie stars!

It was amazing! They did everything I asked very nice drivers! Only thing I was stressed about was when I walked out of Airport they were not there.. I wish someone would of told us if we didn't see them to not panic and just keep looking. We finally found him by asking 4 people they said he was circling around..other than that everything was great! I will use viator again!!
