Our driver John was on time to pick us up. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions and offered suggestions for food and activities. There was great communication from the time we landed to the time we met our driver. Overall great experience.

Our Flight landed 10 minutes late and the car service told us that our flight was late and customs took too long so we have to wait 20-25 minutes for pickup( total BS). Customs took 1 hour and they should know how long it takes. Our hotel front desk told us customs normally takes 1 to 2 hours. Paid for private transfer for up to 4 ppl so didn’t expect to get picked up in a a dirty 10 passenger van either. In hindsight we wish we had used the hotel shuttle or just get a cab at the airport when you arrive and don’t pre-book a shady taxi company on Viator.

I did not receive any communication about the name of the tour company or a meeting point. I have booked other transportation in the past an assumed the process would be similar. When we walked out of the airport there was no one with a sign for us, we went to every pick up point and asked, no one was there waiting for us. We tried the chat feature and no one answered. We finally gave up and took a taxi.

Basically they just order you a taxi and keep the difference. You are better off just getting a taxi and paying cash

The Driver was great. The Bus was clean and nice.
The reason I booked this was so we didn't have to wait at the airport and figure out a taxi to the hotel. The cost was more than a taxi.
They knew our flight number and the time we arrived. I texted that we were through immigration and getting our bags.
We still had to wait 25 minutes outside for the pickup.
They should have been there.

John was excellent!! The company texted me on the way to give me John’s number. He was very communicative letting me know where he was at the airport, once he picked us up, he drove us to the grocery store and waited on us.

I had to wait for more than an hour for someone to pick me up. Upon arrival, the vehicle had an order and my luggage was placed on top of tools. The vehicle shook and almost turned off when the brakes were applied. I could have gotten a cleaner car for less. I’m really saddened by the poor car conditions and when I call Viator, I was advised to contact the agency. There was a no refund for this trip. Instead of waiting, I should have left in another taxi. The driver had on clothes like he was working on the car before he got to the airport.
