For travellers to the United States of America, we advice a 3 hours pick up before their Departure flight. For all other countries we advice a 2 hour pick up before their Departure flight. We Pick up from all hotels within Nassau Bahamas and all Airbnb, vacation rentals, points of interest.

Great Experience

Our flight was delayed by a couple hours and we were worried about our ride not being there. While we were waiting in the customs line I received a call from Afeez our driver letting us know he was there. It took a lot of stress off. He was great. Once at the resort we verified our departure flight and time of pickup. He sent me a text the day before to verify the time of pick up. He showed up on time and got us to the airport with no issues. Would recommend this service to others.

Lousy roundtrip shuttle

Due to airline delays i was unable to arrive on the correct day. Refused to pick me up the next day and refused refund. wont respond about at least completing second leg of roundtrip. viator is no help.

Thank you for your response. You did not send us a message that your flight was canceled until 2.15pm on the same day of your expected arrival while our driver was waiting on you at the airport for your 2.30pm pick up. We clearly explained that to you that we are already at the airport to pick you up. Due to Viator cancellation policy it clearly states to cancel 24 hours before your arrival. If we make a trip to pick you up from the airport for a flight that is meant for 2.30pm our drivers would already be at the airport atleast 30minutes before your flight. So your timing of your message sent to us was late

AJ was our driver he was great! He texted me about our flight that was canceled and was able to rearrange everything to Pick us up later. He also was able to drive us to our boat charter the following day. The van was clean and air conditioned. He also drove us to the airport picking us up at 5:30am

Our driver AJ was fantastic. When we arrived at the airport in Nassau he was waiting for us. He had no problem stopping at a store to get bottled water. He picked us up at our hotel and the expected time and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to go through customs. We would definitely use this service again when in Nassau.
