What a fabulous experience. It started off with a warm greeting from Alex our guide. He got us safely to village despite the conditions of the roads. Next we meet with Chief Alfred the head of the village. He greeted my sister and I with the warmest hug. He gave us a very educational tour of the village. We learned how to start a fire and we threw a spare. The best part was the send off when the tour was over. The village sang a beautiful song and we left with beautiful gifts.

Experience involves 2 hour transport to and from Masai Village, hotel pickup and return and bottle of water. Additional $30 per person admission to village. Our Friday visit did not include visit to market. Immersive experience, women guests were dressed in traditional garb and we were invited into the chiefs home to learn the various roles women and men play in village life. Overall excellent exposure to the ways of Masai culture
