Once through Immigration in Nadi, we had no trouble finding a gentleman with our name on a sign. He escorted me to the air-conditioned office for Rosie's Holidays, who provided the transportation. Even though I had not confirmed ahead of time, they were obviously expecting us and we even processed the confirmation of our hotel pickup a few days later. After hotel pickup issues in Sydney and Melbourne, this was a welcome occurrence. There were three of us, each with one large suitcase plus assorted carry-ons. It all fit into the SUV with no issues. We were quickly on our way and whisked right to our hotel.
This was a terrific experience and I highly recommend this transfer!
